I had a wonderful time at this show, it was a relaxed environment and an interesting take on the recorded tracks by her 4 piece band. It was both a well constructed set, with moments of improvisation, and fun. This is a great show if you catch it, and I also enjoyed the guest appearance from April & VISTA. Great times.
This band is ultra high energy and amazing. They are incredible musicians and it’s a treat to see them every time. Seeing them in such a small venue with amazing acoustics is a gift.
Amazing to finally see Lydia live. I didn't discover her music until the pandemic 2020. To see her solo & then play with Patterson Hood on bass the same night was special. Highly recommend both artists as they are big inspirations on my own songwriting.
She is a wonderful talent who has never been discovered. Flawless perfect notes singing live and plays lead electric in her own set, acoustic electric in the past, as well as bass tonight when she played with Patterson Hood. Great sense of humor too before her songs. Flawless entertainer and guaranteed good night out enjoying a show.
Second time seeing LØLØ in concert, the first time being at Merriweather when she opened for All Time Low. Gets better every time, and I particularly enjoyed when she faded into Brain Stew by Green Day during the show. Plus the robot on stage. Would've been better if I had made it to the front of the show, but I got stuck on the sidelines. Ella Red's performance was awesome, too, and she made it a point to meet with everyone after the show, so I got to say hi as I was leaving the venue. Ella Red puts on a great show, but the people in the crowd were just so dead and almost killed the amazing vibe she gave last night. Regardless, I'm definitely going to catch both Ella Red and LØLØ the next time they're in town.
I just became introduced to Meg Smith because she is Zolita opener. I loooooove her now. She is so pretty and down to earth. She put on a good show as the opener and she was so sweet afterwards talking to the fans and taking pics. I got a few pics with her. Super cool. Hope much success for her.
This is my 2nd time seeing Zolita live. I also saw her last year at her tour. She is amazing live. I recommend everyone go see her. Amazing performer. Always brings the energy and she interacts with the crowd. The queen of hearts tour was so well put together and thought out. Beautiful. Had the best night ev
The performance was great and these guys are so fun to see in person. The venue is very intimate and they kept the crowd energized. I had a great time.
Sold out show - the vibes were immaculate! they all have such great stage presence, their banter with each other is especially great. Easily one of my favorite bands to see live.
What an amazing show. Clover County is a must see. She is in New York, Boston Canada and several other dates including the Midwest this summer. Clover County mixes themes of modern love with playful chord structures to define a new but familiar sound that is all her own. She relates to the audience members of all ages and makes you feel like a best friend. Her music is unique and she sounds so good. Did you know she won the Vic Chestnut Songwriter of the year? She is opening shows now but will soon be a headliner so I suggest you go see her while you still can afford a ticket!! We Love Clover County!!!☘️🎸❤️
First time at The Atlantis and I have to say, this place is small compared to other local venues. I will say the roof top bar is pretty cool especially the vintage DC things.
Guided By Voices did not disappoint. They played over 40 songs (old and new).
It was actually at the Lincoln Theater, but a wonderful show. Jeff provided banter and amusing anecdotes between highly entertaining jazz numbers. Almost a full house and the crowd got exactly what it wanted.
One of the absolute best and most fun concerts I have been to in years! We paid a little extra for the VIP / meet and greet and it was absolutely worth it! The guys were so engaging and fun. Seeing them interact with all of us was such a wonderful bonus on top of watching them perform live.
I live in Central Florida and it's not easy to find concert that I can make it to. I was thankful I was able to make the DC trip work for my schedule. It was fantastic! The guys even did a quick shout out to my grandkids. (Yes, I have grandkids!) Which was something extra special for me to share with them and encourage another generation to be Juke Box the Ghost fans!
Cheers until next time! And I am hoping next time will be even closer to home :-)
best show of my life. they really are on another level when it comes to performing highly recommend seeing them at least once in your life. even met up with fans after to talk and take pictures. and gave a live acoustic performance outside.
Went to see Augustana who I've been a fan of since their beginning but was so pleased to become a new fan of this awesome group ! Verygently were too good to be just an opening act . I throughly enjoyed their performance. I hope to see more of them in future. Seem like really nice guys too. After the show they came out to meet fans and took time for a photo with me and my son. Don't miss your chance to see two awesome bands in one night.
Fucking amazing. Of course, I didn’t go and BandsInTown is asking me for a review, so I’m just gonna say it was unparalleled and you should definitely always go see Miss Grit (wtf is Miss Grit? I’m sure she’s amazing).
Anyways Bands in Town needs to update their algo because I didn’t see this show or show interest or even know who this is
Most excellent show. The Fleshtones are the BEST and ALWAYS put out a great show. They are the definition of Performance Kings. Every music fan should see them to know what real rock and roll is about.

Super great BRAND NEW little sister venue next to 930. The stage is a triangle in the corner, which allowed the guest vocalist and horn players plenty of room to perform. The percussion made it hard for me to stand still...they really captivate you with their unique sound 🙏
Last concert of their current tour and the band seemed to really have fun. The Atlantis is a special venue with only a 450 person capacity. The Struts rocked the house… my third time seeing them and they keep getting better. I highly recommend seeing them when they return to the states in November. Only downside was we showed up as the band started and was tough to see from the back, but the they sounded awesome and put on an energetic show.
The staff at The Atlantis was fantastic. Our fellow fans were the best people ever to enjoy the show with. And, oh, yeah, Modern English still has it. You guys were great!
