The Show was absolutely great, however, as it was my first time to the O2, I didn't realise the lack of view i would have from the higher seats (also on the side) which was a shame as I missed most of the "light show" and couldn't see the drummer or backing vocalists and missed the spectacle of "Majesty" completely, due to the seat location If I go to this venue again, I know not to purchase tickets in that area next time.
Was my first ritual and didn't know exactly what to expect.
I needn't worry.
Seeing Tobias and the Goulettes live was everything I wasn't expecting and more; such an amazing difference from watching videos compared to seeing them live.
They were even more awesome seeing live than I read and heard about.
Also was my first concert and will be a night I'll think back on with fond memories.
If you're a fan on the fence or just want to have a rocking time and it's within your means to do so, you can't go wrong with going to a Ghost ritual.
Seeing Ghost live was just incredible and truly 'If you have Ghost you have everything.'
Seeing Ghost was just incredible and truly 'If you have Ghost you have everything.'
This concert was just pure fun and good vibes from start to finish! The set design and special effects were mind blowing, the band were incredible and Papa was stunning (both outfit-wise and those live vocals!).
I really enjoyed the phone ban despite the controversy - I felt so much more present and connected to everyone and tbh, I think more bands should ban phones if it won’t negatively effect the growth of the band!
Fantastic gig. Ghost were on top form with a great setlist and crisp clear sound. The atmosphere was friendly and it made a big difference not being able to use phones as it meant that people were really talkative with others while waiting. The prices of the yondr pouches was smooth though, and didn’t really take any extra time during entrance. The whole production was excellent. Bit weird not having a support band though.
The concert was amazing. The Lounge experience was great. I was a little disappointed in my meet and greet experience. I’ve been an Usher fan since I was 9 years old. I couldn’t make it to his concert in the U.S. due to me being deployed in 2024. I flew from the U.S. to UK to meet my idol. There wasn’t a hello from him, how are you, just smile, photo, and leave. It kind of hurt my feelings because I’m at every festival and concert he headlines. I’m one of his biggest fans and was hoping a more engaging interaction.
Her stage presence is so amazing. Her energy is very authentic and charming. She is so full of fun and life. The use of a live band was done unbelievably well, it made every single one of her songs sound even better live and actually worth paying to see, especially with the transitions and dancers. I wasn't even a fan of the actual album that the concert was focused on, but hearing it live was brilliant and made it worth attending easily.
I know people have mixed opinions on LP right now but for me, I got to see my favourite band play live again when I never thought I'd get the chance to, and for that, I am so grateful. The show itself was excellent, an emotional rollercoaster that you could feel throughout the whole night. When we all started chanting Emily's name, half of the audience was almost in tears with her. I miss Chester, but I'll remember this night forever.
Straight in almost no queue, we had great seats 105 N 151/152 really great view if the stage but seats were super uncomfortable almost felt like i being folded in half when we were sat down- great we had cup holder tho.
JANET was phenomenal and I mean phenomenal all songs were performed by a LIVE BAND her live vocals were flawless, dancing was great, costume changes were plentiful and pretty impressive, she eased us in with sultry sounds, turned it up a notch, slipped in some ballads, back to uptempo, singing all the best and biggest hits, song aftet song aftet song, came back on for an encore of 4 songs finale was beyond all expectation. Feel privileged to have witnessed it, best concert I've ever been to.
Linkin Park rocked all the way. I was apprehensive and unsure how it would be without Chester Bennington RIP😥. As it turned out they were awesome. Mike Shinoda and the crew didn't fail to impress. The stage set-up was brilliant as it was a centre stage set-up and everyone got involved and had a great view.
They sang a wide variety of their classics and new material. The stage effects were brilliant and complimented the band. I have seen them live several times, and despite Chester's sad absence, they performed rocking the O2 arena.
It was so good to see Linkin Park still bringing new material that does not disappoint.
The only final point to make is that Chester will never be replaced and will always leave a void that cannot be filled. But on this performance, they could not have done better and I guess a way of looking at a new beginning and new era. Life goes on and the show must go on.
I have always been a fan ever since I first listened, am still a fan, and will always be a fan, but will always miss Chester.
My only disappointment was that Chester was not mentioned and should have been, but also understand if it was too difficult to mention him.
Thank you Girls Aloud for a wonderful and great show you did on June 26th at The 02 Arena. I really enjoyed the show and hope to see you again at your next show. Look forward to getting a copy on DVD or Blu Ray when it's released.
Also please can you speak to your management team if they would release The Greatest Hits Tour from 2007 on DVD as this is the only tour fans don't have please?
10 out of 10
SHE GAVE US EVERYTHING!!! I brought a vip standing ticket, so I was right at the front and it was worth every penny. She acknowledged everyone who made an effort to stand in the front, gave us some impeccable dance moves and sang an entire song in front of us. She was even serving for the camera so the people further away could see. One of the best concert experiences I ever experienced, would defo recommend.
I missed the first act, Teen Mortgage but made it in time for Weezer and the rest of the Pumpkins show.
Sound for both acts was a little dodgy for the first song or two, I expect while the engineers worked on balancing the system to a full arena. Lighting was amazing and I was lucky to get some nice pics/videos on my phone for the memories!
Both Weezer and SP delivered great performances, with a wide range of classic fan-favourites and new songs alike.
I was concerned that both acts might not sound "as good as the old days" considering I started listening to them both in the mid 90's, but I was definitely proved wrong.
The O2 was well organised, quick to get checked in and easy to find out seating zone. Staff were very helpful, however it would have been nice to have been informed I could have taken my empty water bottle in to refill inside the venue.
The Lottery Winners were fantastic, great music and so funny!
Nickleback was everything I wanted and more! The set was fantastic, sound was incredible, crowd interaction was great. I can't wait till they come back again!
NIGHT 2 IN LONDON BEST NIGHT EVER.
People are just being unappreciative on social media because @centralcee never came. Literally, we had fun with our loved ones and got to see Amiri, Chip and Nafe Smallz. AND we were the night that went past 11pm and they got fined 10k for. Everyone dissing our night and putting it at the bottom of the list needs to do themselves a favour and not come next time.Xx you know the vibe :) good vibes only, big up dbe. 2021 concert was always better though😅
The event & artist(s) were amazing and the venue was really good. JLS bought out Tinie Tempah when they did Eyes Wide Shut which was their opening song and they had Tinchy Stryder & SHAB as their Support Acts (SHAB was good even though I’d never heard of her before and Tinchy was amazing!) The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the really bad planning by TFL after the show because they decided to shut the tube early and there was no announcements or signage
Well I love Madonna but this time she did not completed the show . Was on Sunday 25/10/2023 .
She it’s always late . People pay lot’s of money to see her. I think that should be her last tour.
I love most of it but as a designer I did not like most of her costume s . Very tacky . Not stylish at all in the past times she worn Amazing costumes .
Excellent concert. So nice to see Madonna on the road to recovery after her recent serious illness Music and songs were awesome. The staging and lighting were used to great effect, the idea of showcasing and highlighting with photos and graphics the various artists and people who are no longer with us was an unexpected but poignant idea. The dancers and cast were outstanding almost too much going on at times as it was spread out over a large stage area, but the costumes and choreography were showstoppers. Excellent evening’s performance
It was some of her best work, so many highlights, i loved the opening of Nothing Really Matters, she sounded amazing, she looked amazing and visually it was spectacular. The only reason why I’m giving it 4.5 stars is because the show ended abruptly because of the 11pm curfew which sucked, we didn’t get to hear about 3 or 4 songs but i heard it was due to technical difficulties that she started late in the first place.
Simply amazing! Fantastic show, great sound and amazing atmosphere. Maiden were at their best, have they discovered the secret of eternal youth? :) They’re so good, I’m still rocking after last night, and I can’t wait for them to be back so I can go and see them again. They brought back so many memories from my teenage years in the 80’s, what a fantastic period. Emotional at times, definitely funny with Bruce’s shenanigans between songs and not only, the concert was a rollercoaster in time with great music from the past and equally great music from the latest album Senjutsu. Thank you Iron Maiden!
