the sound and visuals were beyond amazing. everything was coordinated beautifully. you can tell they have a STELLAR team of really knowledgeable professionals working on every aspect of the show, and it makes the experience unmatched. the size of the venue (not too huge, and a well laid out floor and stage) made it feel more intimate too, without sacrificing the energy of being among the crowd. easily the best live show I’ve ever been to.
The venue has great parking options. It is absolutely perfect inside, plenty of bars and bathrooms. It was clean, the staff was friendly. The atmosphere is amazingly cool. The sound quality in the venue was perfect for Kreator, they are metal gods and sounded absolutely spot on. Their sound guys did an amazing job getting the levels and volumes perfect. As much as I love testament and the high energy they bring, the sound quality for their show is as noticeably worse. The vocals were lost in the mix, they are amazing musicians, and I would absolutely see them again. Overall, the venue is one of my new favorites. I will definitely be returning.
didn’t play enough songs the re should of been more bands skillet was at the wrong platform the producers have again shown no expertise in show production bands are clicking thru a paycheck . i would pay extra for a jam session.
The show was cool. The venue is sweet. The people really suck. Super pushy and self centered. One girl has a seizure right next to me and people are pushing me out of the way to see (she already had room as we had created a circle for her and security and this girl was just trying to be nosy). Her boyfriend even got pushed out of the way. Security was crazy slow to respond and deadmau5 kept going even though this was right on the front rail. I go to a lot of metal shows and this is the worst crowd experience I've ever had.
I wish I could give these an even higher rating. I have never been to a concert before and I’ve always told myself that The Amity Affliction would be the first. It was an absolutely amazing experience. They were SO good. Everything about this concert was absolutely perfect. I felt so many emotions that night and I will never forget it. There was so much emotion with each song that I felt so deeply. The highlight was Ahren throwing out guitar picks. He smiled at me and threw one right at me! I will see TAA EVERY single chance I get.
This one hurt :(
Their set got cut in half by a medical emergency mid show - it was shut down for 20-30 mins, but at least they came back out to play one more instead of just giving up and leaving! I will ALWAYS go see TAA when they're in the states - they are great live! Them + PWD was a bucket list show for me. Honorable mention for Northlane & Make Them Suffer - they kicked ass too.
It was An amazing Experience!
I’ve never been to one, my brother bought me a ticket to go with him. I loved it! I hope another day I get to go again with my older brother and his friends. I love Alan walkers songs. My favorite one by him is Shut Up, I like it because it’s a hyped song.
Each of Benny , Conway, and Gunn performed for 45 minutes, and gave us a fair warning that this would be a 3 hour show starting at 9pm on a Tuesday lmao. Just try to find some footage from this night. Words cannot do it justice
Having been a fan of lucki for well over a decade there was nothing he could have done to make this a bad show. Compared to some of his more lowkey performances he engaged the crowd and did a mix of new and old , representative of the crowd. He gave me everything I could have wanted and more
Eem tripplin was good , but he didn’t give his songs time to breathe or get a groove. He only had a 15 minute set , but he did like 9 songs? He needs to focus on connecting w the crowd and leaving an impression. His music video persona is well curated but his live performance doesn’t translate his true skill set and ear for cadence and vocal inflections. Much potential
Tunechi outdid himself, per usual!! The show was amazing and everything I could have asked for. I just love him and been a day one fan and have seen Wayne almost every time he’s come to Chicago. Chance being there in the audience and performing was a nice surprise too. Venue was perfect, loved everything about this concert, so glad I got to go experience it.
Exodus great, nice full set. Zakk Wylde was incredible. Anthrax really good. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it as much without Charlie Benante. Fantastic venue. Radius is easy to get to, nice and modern and spacious with great bars and decor.
First time seeing Exodus and they tore the place up. BLS killed the thrash vibe before Anthrax took the stage and saved the night. Exodus should have been on second instead. Awesome vibe and they sounded great - even better than anticipated. Horns up \m/
Venue was pretty convenient given that’s it’s in the city. Modem and clean
Most importantly, all 3 bands brought it and out on a great show. I’ve seen Anthrax on festival bills but seeing them headline and put on a full show was great. So much energy and great songs.
THE CONCERT WAS AMAZINGGGGG I was fortunate enough to get a copy of the set list and it made the concert that much more amazing. My friend and I had a blast and I appreciate how the show was on time. I love you Dominic!!! ❤️❤️
Best performance I think I've seen from In This Moment and I've seen em at least 3x! Great 1 hr 15 min set as headliner and I think they were extra great this time cause the acrobatic Cherry Bombs dancers were part of their set and def kicked it up a notch!
The bands were amazing. Paid for Prise VIP and didn't get most of the benefits that were supposed to be included so that was frustrating, but the acoustic song was pretty great! 10/10 would definitely see Coheed again, but not sure I'd spring for the VIPlite experience again.
the venue didn’t have a line system so people that go there later than me ended up in front of me. although i liked how they passed out water throughout the show. venue was huge and crowd was amazing. overall i loved the concert
Amazing!!! The visuals were hypnotic and electrifying - added so much to the show! The words to the crowd were so funny and fun. I absolutely would go see Disclosure again, might’ve been my favorite show to date.
I do wish they mashed up some of their songs in the live edit, Daft Punk style, but that’s such a pipe dream hahaha
Awesome concert at an awesome venue. Just about everything about the night was better than expected. Parking was super close. Easy in and easy out. Doors opened a little early, so not much waiting in the cold. Lines moved fast. Friendly staff. The inside of the Radius is really nice. My family and I watched from the raised platform to the left of the stage. My wife and daughters are not the tallest people, so the platform gave them possibly their best view of a concert ever. And then the bands were amazing. Light the Torch came out and killed it. The whole crowd was chanting for Howard. I didn’t know much about August Burns Red before the show , but I left a fan. Then Killswitch comes on and they destroyed. Super awesome energy from them as always. The cherry on top was when Howard came out on stage with Killswitch to end the show. I’ve been to quite a few concerts, but this was one of my favorites ever.
First dj played at 10pm for two hours, cool, then another one cramked the volume too high at midnight for 2hrs BEFORE Boris played at 2pm, and at that point people had it enough. At 3pm while Boris had still in hour left, party was dying. Such a terrible schedule! 4hrs of wait was too much for the main set. We left after 3pm too, just exhausted.
