One of the most entertaining and fun concerts I have ever been to. Lots of instruments, dances, light shows, they obviously know how to throw a killer show!
The venue was amazing too, easy in and out, friendly staff. Highly recommend the balcony!
An Unforgettable, Electric Night
Nicotine Dolls put on an absolutely insane show-emotional, hilarious, full of talent, and yes, even some unexpected thirst traps. The crowd energy was electric from start to finish, and the band made the night deeply personal by adding some surprises to the setlist. 30 Somehow was especially powerful, as the singer shared a deeply personal moment with the audience. Every song hit hard, every switch-up felt intentional, and the entire performance was an experience to remember. If you get the chance to see them live- do it.
Sam and the boys put on sn amazing show, as always! They are funny, engaging and gives the crowd what they want! Cannot wait to see them again.
Nouvelle Vague landed at the Concert Hall (Masonic Temple) on February 15 in their new incarnation, after the passing of one of their founding members and recruiting new singers, Marine Quéméré and Shanice Alonya Sloan. The show was well worth braving the snow storm that hit the city (again). Their performance started with Marine signing a fabulous jazzy version of Joy Division's "Love Will Tear Us Apart." She was soon joined by sassy Alonya who exuded a sensual Eartha Kitt vibe. A lot of great 80s songs followed, including a terrific "Marian" by The Sisters of Mercy. "She's in Parties" and "The Guns of Brixton" were a lot of fun. The band had the opportunity to perform solos while the ladies changed their outfits. Both Marine and Alonya got wine glasses and a bottle of wine, some of which they shared with audience members before launching into "Too Drunk to F**k" by the Dead Kennedys. "Girls on Film," "Should I Stay or Should I Go," "Ever Fallen in Love (With Someone Someone You Shouldn't've)" and two Depeche Mode songs were among the tunes they reinterpreted. They performed three encores ending with a haunting rendition of "In a Manner of Speaking" which was pure gold. Definitely a fun night!
It was a brilliant show of brilliant band. Exelwnt performance! Travis is the most honest, real, and with a huge bunch of humor band ever. I enjoyed every second of concert, and been really happy to see Neil and Andy after the show ( what an amazing people). I'm looking forward to the next show as soon as it possible 🥰❤️.
Bought the tickets fairly last minute and wasn't sure what to expect, but it was one of the best shows I have seen. The singers put on a great show and the band was really good as well.
Opening act '2120' were also very good.
Fantastic performance as always, venue was very nice too all around a great chill night out listening to amazing music can’t go wrong and for 45 dollars excellent price, artists should keep using Dice app as it is waaaaaaay better than ticketmaster!!!!
great venue, entry line moves very fast, washroom line & coat check is atrocious. he didn't blast our ears out thankfully volume was appropriately loud. water bottles were given out for free which is a nice touch. lighting was fantastic. <2
From Sons of Silver, to Tim Montana. The opening acts were amazing. Myles was wonderful. Warm, funny and very talented. Even when things went wrong it was no big deal. I'll definitely go again. And the Concert Hall was beautiful and intimate. Great acoustics.
If i could give this show more than 5 stars i would! Absolutely amazing. Myles was on fire! I did the VIP meet & greet as well and it was perfect
Just good vibes overall. Opener was fantastic, and they made us feel welcomed and immersed in their music. Incredible performers. 'Those Eyes' was one of the best songs I have ever heard live.
Alvvays is incredible. They sound amazing live and their visuals keep advancing. Their set lists are perfect every time. It’s just such a pleasurable experience with how talented they are and how good the sound is. Seeing them right when Blue Rev came out and then seeing them exactly two years later really emphasizes how they only get better and have so much greatness ahead of them.
What a great show in a classic but revitalized venue at the Concert Hall. The band was on fire, in great form, while the sound system was able to get across the complex voicings of the strings and horns, the driving beat of the rocking out songs, the angelic singing voice of Amy Millan, and Torquil Campbell's compelling enthusiasms. The Stars celebration of that fabulous recording was moving, but the nostalgia of it was tempered with maturity as artists and subtle live changes to the song delivery. The soft slow parts were beautiful and the rocking out really rocked out, complete with blazing guitar work, foundational bass and tireless drumming work.
Very intimate venue! Getting there was easy, getting in was easy - the security was friendly. Some interesting crowd members but Allan himself engaged the crowd so well. Sound seemed good too! Looks like they could have had people on the balcony! We would have loved that!
Saw them in ‘92 @RPM…. Luv’d them then and luv them now‼️Fab show …. guys haven’t changed a bit‼️Great venue(The Concert Hall)…great sound… Andy and Mark voices were and are incredible…great band‼️We know we’re getting older when Mark cheers us as he’s sipping tea😆😆
Great show! The band was really good. Setlist was strong. Acoustics were excellent. Fun chatting with Ride fans in the queue before the show, too. Great venue.
Amazing show from a now old-school great. So creative. It’s always amazing to see an artist evolve over the span of their career and Shadow is a leader of the pack in this respect!
The venue was great as was the band. The energy from the band was amazing. They are all super talented, music selection was awesome and had the crowd with them from the start. Very authentic. Wish I could be in Cleveland tonight to see them again!
Lisa and I had an amazing time at the wood brothers show at the concert hall. There were lots of great moments, we danced a lot (as usual), and the level of musicianship was awesome.
One of the better metric shows! 18 songs and the full length of OWU mixed in with the last two albums created quite a contrast but they brought incredible energy !!! Great show
