Absolutely fantastic gig. NICK GARETH AND TOM thank you all for a brilliant night of outstanding music and fun. Loved it. Trevor and Ashley
so good in concert, Martin's voice is superb as was Mark on
lead guitar. The whole band were right. Will be seeing them again......many times!
Riya was absolutely incredible! She has a very unique and expressive style and draws you in with her amazing voice and delivery.
Inspiring to watch, consummate musicians. Lovely venue where you can get to see the moves. I would rather watch these guys 100 times over than pay for an Oasis ticket!
I Really enjoyed this show, I have seen the band in action a couple of times before in support and headlining their own shows and they have become really polished now.
The main feature is the two strong and beautiful voices of Lindsey and Chloe backed up by a sound machine of guitar, bass and drums that power along on all songs. They sing mainly their own material which is good and varied. They did a cover on this occasion which was fantastic too. Ed “the shred” on guitar is a virtuoso but fits in perfectly with the strong engine of Billy the Bass and Donna the drummer.
Rock, tinged with blues and soul is the make up of most of their material but they can do acoustic too. This show at the Half Moon was full on with material old and new all of which was well received by by their many “Bravia’s”
Excellent gig , been waiting a while to see her didn’t disappoint. Got a signed album as well , happy days.
Moving Pictures are, quite simply, the perfect Rush tribute band. Talented, humble, funny and committed. The gig was a joy from start to finish. Rush fans are used to the very highest standards and Moving Pictures deliver every time. If you can see them, go see them!
The best tribute act by Far. Look, sound and attitude. The loudest gig I’ve ever attended. If you see one tribute act to anyone, make sure it’s Dirty DC.
Such an exciting bunch of musicians. Live music is so much better than just listening to the albums. Will definitely try to see them again.
I saw Boot Led Zeppelin at the Half Moon Putney on Saturday 16th December, which was incredibly busy with people out for pre Christmas drinks. I thought they were great. Each artist got their moment in the spotlight and the sound was great. I am planning to see them again in 2024. I will also be back at the Half Moon - wonderful atmosphere and staff incredibly friendly and accommodating despite being so so busy
Spirited melodic and the singer said one song was change the world angry. I am off to find lyrics to find out
Great band. They make sure it is a good experience. Plenty of sing a longs and audience involvement. Authentic sound. Amazing value and worth the trip.
Boot Led Zeppelin delivered a beautiful & powerful show as always! Their mastery is truly wonderful to witness- every time it’s an uplifting & emotional experience! The Half Moon in Putney is a great venue- highly recommend 🎶🎼🎵!!
A very enjoyable evening of top class music. The only sad thing was that it had to end. If you get the chance don't miss Ashley.
We went to the afternoon show billed as the “best of the rest “, the really big anthems from Moving Pictures and other albums were left until the evening show which we didn’t do.
That didn’t bother us the band performed a brilliant selection of Rush songs covering four decades of their music.
The sound was very good and all the songs that I knew were played superbly and a precise rendition of the original in my opinion.
Overall great entertainment and I would definitely like to go to the evening show next time.
Thanks to Moving Pictures for producing an aural and visual treat for all Rush music fans.
Great gig. Aynsley is a fantastic guitarist and the band were on great form. Looking forward to seeing him again soon.
Staggeringly good. Music for the big stage in a tiny venue. I still have their songs running through my head two days after the gig. Chloe & Lindsay are incredibly talented singers . Chloe's stage presence is particularly impressive - she really is a whirlwind of energy! Ed's guitar skills are magical too. Can't wait to see them again.
Brilliant performance from this incredible trio. I’d rate them in my top 10 of 500+ gigs I’ve seen over the years!
Great gig, the trio format with Josh on guitar, Jen on guitar and keyboard, and Adam on bass worked very well. Josh did most of the vocals with Jen taking the honours on a couple. They had the audience behind them from the first to the last number, a really good start to the evening.
Great night, great music, great band. Rainbreakers are on the ascent, improving with every gig. Recordings are good but nowhere near the live performance. Miss them at your peril. 😎
