What an awesome band! Lead vocals, musicians knocked rotor Theo ark for the capacity crowd! Please come band soon! You made it an excellent date night for my wife and I! Mike & Maria Carey, Virginia Beach, VA
Great show. Kevin Kinney has become quite the guitar virtuoso and has always been a great storyteller. Lose one star for playing too many 'new' songs. At least 3 of which are as he stated " Time to go to the bathroom" songs. He could have substituted Whisper tames the lion and other classic hits. Opening band Gloom Girl was spectacular. A huge stage presence rocking every song with fervor . I bought more swag at this show than I ever have before.
If you weren’t there you missed a great show. As always Chapel Hart Showed Up and Showed Out in Va Beach. These Ladies are so talented and full of energy while remaining welcoming, friendly and real. They sang their original fan favorites along with a few other favorites from the likes of Shania, Gretchen, and Fleetwood Mac mixed in. Queen Danica was in rare form of course but Trea and Devynn were showcased too. Along with local Roberta Lea starting the show it made for a very enjoyable evening. Get yourself to a Chapel Hart show. You’re welcome 😉
AK was absolutely amazing !! So was her band and her opening singer, Haley Mae Campbell!! The had tickets but wasn’t able to attend the first time she was at elevation 27 but will definitely be there for her next show!!
Absolutely amazing!!! The best time!!! Wish it would have been a little longer but was still a great time! So happy to see AK blowing up and getting the attention she deserves! Bet those record labels are kicking themselves now because they sure missed out!!!
Great show, Coady was pretty awesome fill in for Dale. Dale get well soon! Boris melted my ears with double Orange stacks, when you feel your drink vibrate in your hand, you know it's pretty loud! I was not as familiar with them, but found them to be an awesome mix of sludge and punk rock.
Took my kids to this for their first punk show, so I will let them review:
My 6 year old says “I like it when Voodoo Glow Skulls said ‘SHOOT THE MOON’. They were awesome”.
My 12 year says “It was really cool getting in the front row to see the bands. There was a lot of energy in the crowd”.
Parents say: “It was great growing to an awesome show and feel safe enough to bring the kids! They will be back for more”.
These guys are AWESOME! They are a well put together Band and know their stuff. I was surprised that they truly sound JUST like GNR! Sound like them, look like them - no exaggeration, don’t sleep on their show.
You won’t regret it 🙂
AK was fantastic! She put on an incredible show and her new music is a game changer. I can't wait to hear her on our local country stations! Elevation 27 was small and intimate. Meeting her after the show was worth the wait. She is as sweet and genuine as can be. If you have the opportunity to see her live, do it!!
Performed a little worse than expected in a minor way. PE started 1m early and I think played for over an hour, to include doing a trick stop for an encore. They played a wide range of songs from across their albums to include their new track Skeletons which is awesome! I knew of PE and have casually listened to their music but I need to go listen to this album front to back. The lead did make a joke on this album’s name. It’s called Skeletons because they’re a rock metal band and it sounds cool which is just what rock metal bands do. Also it’s a bit about surviving “what shall not be named” over the last few years. He did state they are not politicians/political but just a rock metal band. The lead said he wanted to help people, even just a little bit with a song. The world is a crazy place but the sun will rise tomorrow was the theme for title song Skeletons. Moving on, they had some great crowd interaction and lots of nice stage movement between guitars/lead. PE used stage risers and generally spread out nicely on them without clustering several members together. It would’ve made for some great pictures except their lighting, which I really did like, made it difficult for my older phone to snap photos. Their drummer, holy crap! She is the most majestic drummer I have ever seen. Literally a balldrummerina with incredible grace in her arm movements and a happy smile. She also had a fan or something pointed at her so her hair could flutter about. PE all had some pretty big smiles and in the case of the bassist, some really nice arms! It was also interesting to see the guitars had pic holders on their mic stands and would occasionally toss a played pic into the crowd before plucking a new one. They did play kinda continuously. PE had a lot of awkward pauses where nothing was going on, no outro/intro and no lead chatter. They did change their guitars out pretty frequently and towards the end it happened nearly every song. They also had some weird reverb thing going on
Performed better than expected. Compared to the last time I saw them in November, they greatly improved in their performance as it was much smoother this time. They did perform a cover which, in their own words, was better than the original (totally forgot the song…) and also their latest single they just released. TWA did promise they had a new album coming up for release in a few months. The crowd was pretty wild for them up until the lead started thanking the other bands & crowd as he mentioned the old folks were here for PE. He even made a cougar joke! It was interesting that this time the lead made no mention of mental health where in November he went on a well-spoken mini-rant. TWA started on time, had great crowd interaction and played near continuously. They also had AV’s lead sing with them during a song and it was pretty adorable watching the two leads dance together. TWA’s lead did a super high jump at one point. Once again, they were pro-other bands and pro E27 staff, asking the crowd to remember tipping merch sellers & bartenders. TWA’s backdrop was a simple gif loop of their name. My only two mehs were the bassist kept taking puffs off vapes from crowd randos and vocals. The crowd would throw their vape to him, he’d catch, puff, then throw back out. Gross. I did feel like the lead’s voice could’ve been brought out more above the instruments. Other than that, it was a great performance & I would want to see them again. Maybe I’ll get a t-shirt next time?
Absolutely fantastic! Came for Royal Coda but left a fan of Body Thief, Eidola and Rain City Drive! The band members were really cool, took pics with the fans and had some fun conversations! Definitely worth the 2 hour drive!
Fantastic show! Too bad some rotten apples had to ruin some songs that the band had to stop playing them and skip them to avoid anymore fights from breaking out. Regardless, it was a great night with the highest testosterone rates I have ever seen or experienced in a pit!
Amazing show! I asked for this as a Mother’s Day gift from my oldest son to get to go with my kids! We all had a great time! I love that it’s a small venue so it’s a very personal experience. My daughter waved to Sean the lead singer and he smiled and waved back! That was so cool! My 15 year old plays guitar and the guys came out after the show to talk and take pictures. My kids getting to take a picture with such an amazing guitar player made their night so special! These guys are talented but they also had fun! It was great and we will go to every show that they have here! Can’t wait for them to come back!!

Absolutely amazing experience! The bands performing before badflower were awesome as well! The songs badflower picked to do live were fantastic! The emotion, energy, and downright happiness radiating off of them as they preformed was absolutely stunning. Hope to see them in the future again soon!
Absolutely amazing show last night! Tropidelic kicked off the night with a bang as always. From the opening notes of Snow Country till the very end they crushed it. The only thing I would have changed was having them close out the night, but such is the way with a co-headline tour. Trop is a band that is a must see if they are in town. If you are new to the band you owe it to yourself to check them out. The blend of Roads soulful voice and James's unbelievable flows backed by the incredible Bobby Chronic shredding on guitar, Pags on the bass, Rex keeping the beat, and Derick blowing the horns is the perfect recipe for a good night. I highly recommend checking this band out if you have never listened to them.
I have included a picture of the setlist for this show.
One of the best shows I’ve been to in a while I got vip and it was so much fun getting to know the guys and just having a good time I made a ton of new friend at the show and I’ll never forget it!
Although me and friend weren't able to get VIP to see Andy, I mean it wasnt like we were screaming and crying when he walked on stage wait who am I kidding we were, it was overall a great experience. Now i have 2 other bands added to my playlist "The Faim" and "Kulick" they were awesome.
