The show itself was awesome! Energy was high and they sounded great. Their outfits were gorgeous and I loved the stage in the back to allow everyone to see them. Two large screens on the left and right and one large one behind them allowed everyone to see.
We sat in the second row on the floor because we are PTX fans and follow them all over. I've seen them in six states! We decided to stand for a couple of songs that were dance tunes, and the ornery women behind us kept saying, "Sit down!" They kept commenting on how rude we were. They actually pushed my daughter 3-4 times on her back, telling her to sit down. (If I would have know this, I would have contacted Security. I was trying my hardest to ignore them and focused on looking forward at the performers.)
If you don't want to stand and dance during the show for a couple of songs, DON'T BUY TICKETS ON THE FLOOR IN THE 3RD ROW! Honestly, I've never been treated so badly by concertgoers at a PTX concert. They obviously weren't true PTX fans. If you want to sit, buy tickets in the 100 or 200 section! Note: Those sections were even standing and dancing!
Overall, the concert was one of their best Christmas concerts I've ever seen! However, this experience made it especially memorable, but not in a good way. :-(
1st time seeing Volbeat after long wait. Excellent production value, even had the backing saxophones and similar. Polished music & sound quality, but no surprises and basically very little difference from studio version. With all that being said I loved seeing them finally. Volbeat was definitely the equal to Co.-headliner Ghost.
AWESOME CONCERT @ Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, WI. The stage platforms going up & down was incredible. The musicians that make up the band are incredibly talented. Thank you FK&C for another amazing concert. Was heartbroken when the concert was cancelled @ Lifest due to storms. Made up for it in Milwaukee.🤗😊🥁🎻🎤
I was denied entry after several months of trying to reach out and contact the Blink 182 team/touring company. I couldn't find any contact information. Over the past two decades, I struggled with mental illnesses. When the pandemic happened my agoraphobia and severe social anxiety left me paralyzed and unable to function in daily life. I didn't leave my house for weeks. I lost all connections with friends and family.
For once, I wanted to enjoy myself and watch my favorite band perform live. I ended up being turned away from the ticket man and some lady who works for the Blink 182 tour team. She told me that I needed to contact their "New York" headquarters months prior for special accommodations.
That's what I was trying to do for the past several months. So, how was the show? I was turned away but the Milwaukee Blink 182 2024 concert is on YouTube if anyone is interested. I haven't watched it because my ultimate therapy goal was to see them perform live in person with other people at the Fiserv Forum.
Instead, they are allowing me to watch the concert at home by myself. I deserve better.
The Fiserv Forum is new and huge. Nice landscaping along with plenty of places to sit. Within walking distance of downtown bars and restaurants. The local workers were nice and tried their best to help me.
The only thing I didn't like was outside on the Fiserv Forum public sidewalk was a Blink 182 tour/concert merchandise pop-up kiosk. The merch looked dystopian and highly-priced.
I wasn't feeling appreciated or loved.
This by far was the greatest concert I’ve ever been to !! Would’ve been nice to hear One More Time and Always , but it was phenomenal nonetheless. The guys went all out even though Tom was sick !! I bought a tee and will FOREVER cherish the memories my fiancé and I made at the concert . Thank you to Tom Delonge, Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus for putting on a fucking RAD show 🤙🏽
Excellent show. The only downside was that it was cut short due to Tom Delonge being sick. Nothing he could do about that and given he was sick he did a great job. Mark was his usual witty and immature self and Travis Barker is so fun to watch. Some cool pyrotechnics added to the show too so it was great.
Tom was clearly ill and shown to be serious as the next two tour spots just got canceled. Even so, the band put on a great show. Songs were cut but by either pre-planning or actually changing it up on the fly like they portrayed, they made the most of their limited stage time. Some not so played/deep cuts included my favorite "Not Now" and "Going Away to College." They even snuck in "M&M's" for the OG's. A memorable night and a true test of blink's fans. I hope to see them back in Milwaukee!
This was such an amazing venue to see a truly phenomenal show. I loved all of the opening bands and was an instant fan of these bands I never heard before but Dayseeker… just wow! I was singing at the top of my lungs, jumping, dancing and even crying at times. I will always go to any Dayseeker concert I can make it to. They put on a great show.
Dayseeker was absolutely amazing. Beautiful songs and voice. I was in awe of the entire performance . Absolutely stunning ...Asking Alexandria brought the heat. Incredible songs and performance. High energy and u can't beat his range. I Prevail was without their lead singer but they still managed to put on an absolutely incredible performance. Great voices and amazing energy from those guys! I would def see them again. Staind was the headliner. I unfortunately wasn't impressed. They just didn't sound good. Perhaps it was technical issues but it wasn't too pleasant to listen too. Almost cringe worthy. Made me uncomfortable and I actually felt bad for them. He has beautifully written songs and I am a fan, but he def seemed off and not too into the show. Not a lot of energy or charisma. I prob wouldn't see them again. But I do wish them the best.
Blake was awesome! Upper section in 2oo's at Fiserv Forum In Milwaukee is not the ideal seats to view a rocking country concert. Steep nosebleed seats that are dangerous. Nobody stood for the concert at that level, felt unsafe. I personally love to stand and dance for entirety of any given concert. FYI
Overpriced tickets, the fiserv was an uncomfortable place to see the show. If youve seen his netflix specials, then youve heard 80% of his set. A lot of repeat jokes. The 20 minute story of the Machine is fun, but not as much the 5th time.
The drinks at the fiserv were $22 each. Rediculous.
Disturbed never fails to put on a great show! Excellent set list and tons of energy. I loved the slower part of the show where they played 'A Reason to Fight' and then again for 'Sound of Silence'! They then immediately played something more upbeat to keep the energy going. It wasn't my first time seeing these guys and it won't be the last!
Great energy and great set list. Sounded like something was wrong with Caleb's voice, or he was just screaming too much. Kind of a crappy ending to their set, ended with a super long instrumental/jam session and then that was it. No thanks or saying 'have a good night' or anything. Overall still a good show.
From Ashes to New started the night with an energetic and entertaining 30 min set. Three Days Grace delivered a great headlining-caliber 45 min set with a good mix of newer and older songs. Shinedown closed out the show with an almost 2 hour set with a cool performance with pyro sprinkled in here and there and a flying piano lol Their Planet Zero album is great and was hoping to hear a few more songs from it than were played but overall def. worth the price of admission!🤘
Hands down the best concert I've seen! And I've seen hundreds of bands. Excellent production, great set list and awesome energy from all members of the band! My only problem was I left wanting more! And their set was like 19 songs, and played for 2 whole hours! Amazing show guys! Definitely will be attending another show in the future!
Another great performance by these guys! Great set list too! Knew every song. I really wished they would have played 'Lifetime', but I understand that they weren't there to play the slow and calm songs. They were there to get everyone pumped up for the headliner, and that they did! I always recommend seeing this band!
One of the best concerts ever!! I love her so much!!! Sang every song and scream at the top of my lungs and she was so close and loved when she was above the crowed. And the best is when she smiled and waved to me!! Just wished I won the meet and greet that’s my number one dream is to meet her!! I’ve hoping and dreaming of that for a long time and to give her the biggest hug ever!! Tell her how much I appreciate her music and she helped me with so much and changed my life! And that I’m her biggest fan ever!! And the only thing I would add is the song pink champagne! I love you Carrie Underwood with all my heart!
Very funny. Much of the show focused on his somewhat recent intervention and rehab stint - reminded me of Richard Pryor way back pulling no punches and being very candid - and funny - about his highly publicized issues with drugs, firearms, etc. I would definitely go and see him again.
We came to see my favorite band, Volbeat. This was my first time even hearing of Ghost. A month later, my 15 year old child and my 54 year old self are both completely obsessed!!! I can't believe this band has been hidden from us all this time. So much catching up to do.
(Bonus: Both bands are from Scandinavia, and I am 98% Scandi - according to my 🧬, so I feel an even greater kinship than just the love of heavy music!)
🥰🇧🇻🤘🇸🇪🤩🇩🇰🤘🇺🇲😍
Volbeat was great as usual only downfall was them not headlining which nobody understood. Opening act, TwinTemple was one of the worst bands I’ve ever seen so not idea how they were chosen on the tour. Ghost was simply just ok. They were a downer after Volbeat’s performance.
