Geordie Greep is something else man. Not just him, but the whole band operated like a well oiled machine. So much passion and fervor in every song they played last night. Glad I got to see this show with my best friend, it’s a night we’ll remember for a long time.
Talisk was phenomenal! I had not heard of this band before so I’m grateful to a friend for sharing a clip and ad that they were playing. Heard just a clip and bought my ticket. So glad I did! This is music you can full body climax to again and again!
Excellent performer and show. Killah Priest went all out for me and my son after we drove over two hours. The venue is one of the best we've been to and the service was outstanding. Parking was steps away and free. We'll be back for sure.
Always one of my favorite bands to see!! Their performances is always strong and they care sm ab their fans. The venue was also sick!!
Great acoustics in that old stone church! Rubblebucket took advantage, parading around the audience playing their horns, singing acapella— what a show! What a fun band that gets everyone dancing! 💃💃💃
The artists were wonderful, The venue was terrible. I had bought 2 tickets for downstairs. We arrived 30 minutes early. There were NO pair of seats available by then. I knew it was first come, first seated, but arriving 30 minutes in advance and no seats?!? My companion and I are both elderly, one using a cane and the other with mobility problems. It was clear that the venue was oversold. Luckily for us a woman took pity on us and gave us the seats she was saving for her teen-aged children (I think they eventually sat on the floor). I am pretty sure the fire codes were not enforced given the number of people at the event. This is a popular annual event. I suggest that next year a larger venue be found (the Latchis Theater perhaps?) or that tickets be assigned a number that corresponds to a seat so that those who purchase a ticket have a seat and that more tickets than seats are not sold.
Thank you.
These guys rocked the house!! They played through the set list of favorites everyone wants. First time seeing them - all fantastic musicians but the dude on the keys (filling in) killed it. Easy Wind jam was epic and he nailed it on a few other tunes as well. Would def drive some miles to see these guys again.
Blind Pilot reamins one of my absolute bands. Loved being able to see them in Vermont. The Stone Church is a wonderful venue to see a concert tucked into a vibrant downtown in Southern Vermont. Look forward to catching future concerts at the venue.
As I mentioned in my note to you, the set was wonderful, entrancing and moving, lyrical and strong. I check in every so often to see if you'll be playing in the area, but alas, no...I hope all is well. Please put me on whatever list will reach me with a notice of upcoming shows. And if returning to The Stone Church is of interest, I'll put in a passionate word for you...til next time, all the best. Thank you...
Beautiful venue and incredible artist combined for a most enchanting night of ultra class vibes and pure warmth. 11/10, go see Anna Mieke!
Loved the concert in Brattleboro. Time number 3 seeing and hearing all of you. Love how much your love playing comes through, love the connection between all of you, love that I am inspired to learn and play more songs myself and play with others. It was a joy, an inspiration, and SO MUCH FUN. PS I am learning Grateful Dead songs through all of you. Thank you as had not been open to this music before and now I love it so much. Your father must be so proud. OMG your touring schedule is intense. Woodstock tonight. Have another great night.
We're here in Brattleboro from Binghamton, NY and we are thrilled we got to see this great Hudson Valley band on the road tonight. Before this show, we hadn't seen them in Binghamton for years. I hope The Big Takeover makes their way to our new Binghamton venue, Atomic Tom's, soon. These tunes are so dancy and will have all ages on their feet the whole time. I'm glad y'all are still providing us with these grooves all these many years later.
Great set, great venue. I’ve seen them twice now, both times leaving me more impressed. Love the banter between the singer and the bass player. They band and the room acoustics were on point as they tore through song after song. Well worth risking my life on the drive home with the snowstorm! Thanks to the Church and the Friends for a good evening! I might have to road trip again to see them at the end of the month in Troy NY.
Badass, loud, and played all the hits - Jackalope, Bloody Mary Morning, Rock Your Ass, Road Worn and Weary, Pretty Fucked Up, The Cowboy Song. Greatest band at a great, intimate venue!
Moondance was fantastic!
The guys did a terrific job even though the audience was small.
We have seen this group before and happened to be in VT for an event nearby so we were thrilled to get to see them again!
One of our favorite bands!
These guys are super tight and their music is exemplary of psychedelic rock. They have a Keyboardist Nate, that sings and plays the flute. I saw them in Boston but this performance at the Stone Church in Brattleboro, VT was exceptional. They opened for Earthless, a psychedelic punk band and the pairing is well worth tasting.
My wife passed away 2 years ago, every year on the day I play Garcia’s that’s what love will make you do. Zach opened up with it and the tears and the love ❤️ flowed. Thanks David Scott for turning me on to your boy ✌️( that’s what love will make you do)
It was a wonderful Sunday evening dancing to the music from a very talented group.
During such a turbulent time in our world, I felt very connected with the band in the unique setting of the Stone Church.
The band delivered along set with no brakes. The music was magical and the stories were so enlightening.
I'm trying to decide if I should go and see them at the Broad Brook Opera House on Friday. What do you think?
Fantastic band. If they come to your town or close go see them.. you will be glad you did. Also the price is amazing for such a band, close up! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=SINN0TRSzTQ
Andy Frasco & the UN are still the best performers I've seen live. No words to learn ahead of time - just a f*cking party.
