Ballard Homestead

This was such an amazing concert and a perfect venue! Melissa was amazing, full of energy, laughs, and music from the soul. I hadn't seen her for about 20 years, and it is obvious that she has done nothing but get better over the years...even having already been amazing to begin with.

Fantastic show. Surprisingly good acoustics in this venue, and Gil’s performance was as perfect as it could have been. Such an awesome artist.

If you have a chance to see Alice Howe and Freebo in concert, you must go! Their performance is wonderful, and their original songs are fantastic. You will definitely end the show wanting more! The Ballard Homestead was a sweet intimate venue with really nice acoustics. Very friendly and comfortable setting with a stage surprisingly located in a nice old wooden building in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Nothing short of Diva or Goddess describes Nellie McKay in the intimate and special venue of Ballard Homestead we were lucky indeed to experience her divine presence!

This was my first opportunity to visit Ballard Homestead. I was impressed! It's small and intimate. The sound was managed really well. Get there early for good seats and parking. Seth KILLED it. He NEVER disappoints!
