I've seen Gary Allan 20+ times. He never fails to put on a great show. This was a brand new set list list. Great mix of his older really hits along with some of the newer stuff that ought to have gotten a lot more air play.
AMT is a nice venue. Not a bad seat in the house.
This was another fantastic Malpass Brothers show from start to finish.
The audience applauded loudly and cheered for every single song.
We were happy after the show to spend a little time talking to Chris
and Taylor. Since the Louvin Brothers are long time idles of the
Malpass Brothers, I was pleased to give them a copy of a photo that
my late brother (Loman McCurdy) took of the Louvin Brothers and
Jimmy Capp in 1956 or 1957. It was taken at Sunset Park in Oxford, PA.
Taylor said he would send a copy of the picture to there friend Michelle
(Mrs. Jimmy Capp).
I am proud that Lancaster for many years has had the American Music
Theater. This is certainly one of the Premier Venues of its size in the
United States. It offers an on-gong variety of top name entertainers and
shows for whatever is your musical or entertainment preference.
Sincerely:
Doris L Tyson

This was an exceptional evening of music and camaraderie, felt at home with the musicians and the audience. Kenny is an engaging showman and kept the audience involved, a very kind and personable entertainer, his band was awesome and very entertaining in their own right. Will go to see him again! The venue is great also.
I just found out about Happy together tour last year and attended it in Greensburg PA. Absolutely loved them. We went back again to Lancaster, they just are amazing!!! Loved them, every artist, every song was just fabulous!!! I will go the tour as long as they have them. Enjoyable, great bands and those musicians in the tour, can't say enough about them, they can do it all, just great! Great great music and great singing, can't wait till I see them again and again and again!!!
I've been a fan of the Newsboys since my early teens; June 21st was my 1st Newsboys concert, and they absolutely rocked!! The concert, music, performance, and lighting were absolutely top notch!! As always, the Newsboys give glory to Jesus first and foremost, while encouraging and motivating believers in all of their songs! The American Music Theatre and all staff were awesome too!
A fabulous performance! The only problem was that it ended! I could have listened all night. It was our first time at the American Music Theatre. The personnel were so very helpful (I walk with a cane), everything well organized. And my husband (6'3" - long legs!) was comfortable!
It was Amazing!!! Jeremy and his crew/team
Were wonderful!!! I had a great and inspiring experience!!! Jeremy is a dynamic, singer, musician and performer!!! I felt the presence of the Lord all through the whole day theater!!! The staff at the AMT are all great and helpful people. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of here. I loved it so much I’m gonna go to The Newsboys concert in June.
Everything was AMAZING! That is great venue, very intimate , friendly staff, easy & close parking, every seat is a good seat! View fun the balcony was excellent!
Aaron Lewis- Was looking forward to seeing him and he did not disappoint! The best show I've seen in a long time! Aaron speaks from the heart, loves his country and it shows! Aaron's new music and acoustic Staind needs to be heard!
This was an awesome concert. I have been a fan of Donny since I was nine years old. I am so glad I got to get to see him close to my home. The venue was awesome everyone there was nice if I had to give a suggestion I would do something about the line for merchandise. It was very chaotic, and I didn’t get to go look at the merchandise, I love this venue and Donny Osmond more thanks 💜🥰
Now in her sixties, Missy shows no sign of slowing down. Put on as good, or dare I say better, a show as twenty years ago. Played a wonderful variety of songs from her discography backed by a band that's second to none. AMT is one of the best places to see any type of show; I'm so glad she stopped by. It's especially nice to have the convenience of a show in your hometown. Beats traveling to Philadelphia, all the more due to the way Philly is anymore.
The Donny Osmond show at The American Theatre in Lancaster, PA was simply awesome. Donny is the best entertainer in show business. He kills every show. I spent a month's income for my best friend and I to come see him. It was money well spent. I have loved him his whole career. I give the show a 10 out of 10.
Perfection! A wonderful show! I live about three hours away and feel very lucky to be able see him this close to home. I've been enjoying his (and his brothers') music for 50+ years. Donny did not disappoint. His show was great! He's still "got it" after all these years. Just an amazing career. A wonderful person and entertainer.
My wife and I traveled from Syracuse, NY to see Donny as part of our yearly anniversary trip. We have gone to see various Osmond family shows over the last 40 years, this didn't disappoint! It truly was a magnificent show! Thanks so much for bringing us the Vegas show!
Gene Watson is the most underrated Country singer. He should have been nominated to the Country Music Hall of Fame ages ago. Do not miss any opportunity to see him in person. His band members obviously love working with him, respect him, and take good care of him. Happy 80th Birthday tour of 80 dates.
Finally getting to the last review. Was waylaid after Lancaster, better late than not at all. The American Theatre was my sole co-bill experience, novel but nonetheless very enjoyable. The venue is lovely and Justin Hayward was genuinely pleased to return to it with his solo Harmony Tour. The setlist was abbreviated to 12 tunes: Tuesday Afternoon, The Actor, Hope and Pray, Living for Love, The Voice, Forever Autumn, Never Comes the Day, Your Wildest Dreams, Question, Nights in White Satin, The Story in Your Eyes, and I Know You’re Out There Somewhere. Delivered at a quick clip but earnestly so, Justin and his trio of musicians wrapped their segment by 8:43 to make way for the Christopher Cross crew to set-up for his larger, equally entertaining, troupe. That said, Justin took his sweet time exiting the stage, genuinely appreciative of the multiple standing ovations and affection the audience demonstrated for him… nearly a minute and a half, plus a return to the far side, the center, then the right, before a final wave and exiting to backstage. Second to the last performance, he seemed a tad nostalgic, sorry to see the 5-week itinerary come to an end.
Kudos to Mike Dawes, Julie Ragins, and Karmen Gould… all brilliant in their own right and getting tighter, collaborating more easily with each tour. Compliments to the entire crew, smaller perhaps, but their logistical contributions keep the enterprise running flawlessly. It’s been tough post-pandemic, on venues, artists, crews, and promoters. Thankfully, from theatre volunteers to artists willing to absorb the higher costs of touring,; from roadies whose livelihoods were on hold to promoters willing to risk events would sell well, there’d be no reschedules or cancellations due to illness; and, last but not least, the fans in the seats who didn’t mind the pricier ticket prices… were simply elated that the shows were finally resuming. It takes a village. What a community we are! Music is the bond that moves us, recalls our halcyon days of youth. The beat goes on. Ready for another round. Lancaster was exceptional.
Fabulous show with Lorrie Morgan and Pam Tillis. Their voices are still stunning and they harmonized beautifully on each other's songs. Their bantering and conversation was enjoyable and personable without taking away from the music. The various band members sounded great. The venue's acoustics did not do them justice or perhaps the sound engineer needed to adjust, as even their soaring and strong voices were almost drowned out by the instrumentals. Overall a terrific evening. Glad to be able to still hear them on Sirrus or Apple Music. Their two duet albums deserve to be heard on popular radio!
The show was absolutely enjoyable. The harmonies were always spot on, but the presentation and the sound mixing was one of the best. You can always improve on the mic levels and sound mix, but Bekah’s voice came thru crystal clear without ever being too over the too or shrill, never overwhelming Josh and Caleb. It was our best concert value for a long time - these kids are legit!!
The concert was excellent - sold out! He is an amazingly talented singer and interacts continually throughout his show with the audience. His band is top notch too. I was amazed at the wide range of ages in the audience - he is really well liked and enjoyed by young and older music lovers.
Seeing Dwight in such a small venue was an awesome experience and I’m not even a “real” fan, but rather, attended with my husband and brother-in-law, who are the true fans. Having said that, the energy and enthusiasm with which Dwight played was unreal. He performed song after song with just the right amount of conversation. I was astounded by the number of guitar switches Dwight made-seamlessly-and instrument capabilities of the band. We truly got our money worth!
It was the best experience of my life! It was my first ever tour! I went to busses after the show with my sister and it happened to be her birthday too. Some if the pros came over and wished my sister a happy birthday and they also made a birthday video for her too! So I just wanna say if you haven't seen this show yet you have to go see it!
