I've been to about 20 metal shows this year. This one had the worst crowd awareness and care for crowd surfers. If you're in general admission, standing, in front of the moshpit, you make the effort to keep people in the air. Heads up for next time.
Opeth put on a stadium grade show for such an intimate venue. The stage production got an upgrade too since the last time i saw them in 2022.
Nice mix of classic and new numbers.
One of my favourite concerts ever. My first concert was U2 in Bosnia / Sarajevo, in 1997.
I'm so grateful to witness them in a smaller venue. Viva la Dublin 🤘🍻
Absolutely phenomenal!!!! Michael and the band were amazing!!! The sound quality was not so awesome, sadly!!! The sound was worse with the opening musician. We actually couldn’t make out anything she was saying or singing it was that bad. We compared the sound to the teacher from Charlie Brown. A bunch of us were discussing how horrible the sound was. We were praying the sound would get better for Michael. It did get better but was still muffled, to no fault of Michael or any of them in the band. I saw another concert at this venue and the sound was amazing. That concert used all seating and did not have anyone standing and I wondered if that was the difference??? If I had lots of money, I would see Michael and the band at every concert they performed. I will never, however, pay for a stand up concert at this venue again. All the people around me were so disappointed. Not with Michael but the sound in that venue. 😞😞😊😊❤️❤️
Julieta Venega's show was amazing, emotional, a wonderful gift to our senses. As a Torontonian I am happy that we made her feel at home at her first show ever in our city. Come back soon Julieta!
El show de Julieta Venegas fue maravilloso, emotivo, un hermoso regalo para nuestros sentidos. Como un local de Toronto estoy feliz de haberla hecho sentir como en su casa en si primer show en nuestra ciudad. Regresa pronto Julieta!
Show was good. They need to be mindful of the entire audience not just centre stage. Most material was repetitive if you listen to the podcast.
Music portion was fabulous.
It was a great show at a good venue. (It was so easy to get to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre by GoTrain.)
The members of the band proved themselves as exceptional musicians with a deep understanding of the groove jam!
Came from Detroit to see her. Been following her for years but finally got to see her live! She was absolutely amazing. Was blown away by her vocal range and outstanding whistling. Took my breath away multiple times!
The VIP access was awesome! It was so great to meet LP. I have one complaint, the opening act took up too much stage time. I wanted to see LP!
LP is a POWERHOUSE. Thrilled to have seen them last night & in an intimate setting. That voice is stunning & their charisma & stage presence, wow. A truly exciting show. Don’t miss LP if you get the chance.
UMO put on a fantastic performance! Got to hear all their big hits, some songs off their new album "V", as well as a few older tracks.
Their opener Seafoam WALLS were also quite solid!
Was able to meet Ruben and Jacob briefly after the show - great guys! Very kind and friendly.
Just at the heart of Downtown Toronto, the venue : the Queen Elizabeth theatre was massively lit because of the presence of one of the wittiest Indian stand up comics! Fans like us are so glad that we finally got to witness this outstanding show at Toronto, as we were waiting in anticipation to meet this amazing human in-person! Starting from the audience cheer, to the stage lightings, to the sound management, everything was perfect! Thank you Kenny's manager!
Shane Gillis might be the GOAT. His delivery is spot on and even if you hear some material for a second time, there is something different randomly tossed in there. He was amazing and I would pay go see him every time he's in town
I was supposed to see this show in 2020 before the world fell apart ~ this was the rescheduled event and man... These artists did not disappoint! Thrilled to have been able to see them, though immensely saddened that they had to cancel a chunk of their tour the following week due to COVID.
"Bubbly and energetic" is the best way I can describe the performance this evening. Even from the back, it was great watching them dance, bounce around, and just enjoy being on stage and performing to a crowd that loved everything they were doing!
Amazing energy, so down to earth. Felt like just a bunch of best friends hanging out and playing wonderful music together. My favourite band and one of the best shows ive been to!
These gentlemen never fail to impress!!!!!! One of the greatest shows of my life! 😍 A very unique concert experience. This is about the 13th time I’ve seen them live 🥰. See you all again soon!
Fan since Orchid, yet somehow, this was my first time seeing them. Like others said - perfection. Hoping I'll get to see them again, maybe on their own so they play longer...
What an amazing first concert back from the pandemic. Opeth was awesome and not to be outdone so was Mastodon. Would easily see them both again. Another two great bands to cross off the bucket list.
Loved this acoustic show with Billy Idol!! I was a little disappointed that with the meet and greet we weren’t allowed to get anything signed! We were rushed through like cattle. But the show was amazing! My two favourite guys!!
Above and beyond expectations! Absolutely amazing show with great effects and so much personality! The show was fun, funny, interesting and heartwarming. The song lineup was filled with classics and the light show was stunning. Can't wait to see them again!
