Bob Geldof is a master story teller and his life story was well worth our time. I loved the detail he presented and the very frank way he spoke, 'from the hip' with all the 'flowery' speech you would expect from a rocker from our era. He spoke fondly of his many peers in music as well as his band The Boomtown Rats and allowed the audience to see inside a young man's mind growing up in what I would call mild poverty. Bob Geldof has certainly made his mark on me and I'm sure many others in his giving selflessly as a person to assist a catastrophic world cause he believes in so strongly. A great show and worth every cent in a superb minimalist stage setting. I particularly enjoyed the touch of having the minstrels in the shadows on the QPAC stage with the spotlight on the story teller all night! Well done to all. Bruce Pearce South Brisbane

It was a fantastic show. We have followed Kate since early days, Women In Voice and Woodford Folk Festival. She is exceptionally talented as is her partner Keir Nuttall. Kate always gives such an incredible performance and what a great venue. We also really enjoyed the supporting artist Elana Stone, talented, great song writer and funny. Overall a 10/10 for us. Please keep going to live music to keep artist going and venues alive! Thank you
