One incredible musician right here- love Willie to pieces- still doing what he loves at 91- he loves his fans, he listens to his crowd- his other musicians on stage were awesome - what a wonderful, memorable night in Gilford, NH 2024- long live our Willie! Saw him when I was 19.. outdoors, I was stationed at Ft Sam Houston- life has come full circle- can't remember where he played exactly but there were a ton of people there! Love you WILLIE!! ❤️
First time at the venue. I liked how smooth parking was and definitely exiting- first in first out basically. Seats good and show was a total bargain. Very personable artists at the Bret Michaels Parti -Gras. I was not able to eat or drink to to an injury so I didn't notice prices or try any. Lots of stalls, clean restroom, personable attendants in ladies room. I prefer indoor settings because you get wet going to use it or get merch or food, but I went purely for the artists as they didn't come closer to me.
Last time my wife and I saw Godsmack was at Mohegan Suns in 2019. The Bank of NH Pavilion is an outstanding location where nearly every seat has a great view and sound acoustics. There were two warm up bands and Godsmack did a solid 2hr show, just incredible. Love how Sully interacts with the crowd and makes the concert more personal and more than just your typical live show.
It is wonderful to see Godsmack again, I travelled from Maui Hawaii to see them! Worth the trip.
The whole band was tight, playing old favorites and new material as well. Great sound- massive energy. The pavilion was packed yet on a summer night with a slight breeze and clear skies, exceptionally comfortable. I stood for the entire 2hrs and did not even notice! Super show. So glad I got the tickets months ago.
HIGHY RECOMMEND!
Your life long fan- Theron Peck
PS- As a recoverying addict, I truly appreciated the Scars Foundation explanation and actually cried during that song. Life is better with music and healing, its hard to explain but Sully did it so well. Thank you for caring and letting everyone know its ok to be flawed and how to heal so that life can be better than using a substance to make things "better". Rock on Godsmack.
This was the first time my husband and I saw Lily Rose perform. I admit we never heard of her before the show. She blew us away with her fun stage presents and vocals. She has high energy, knows how to interact with the crowd and what a way to pump everyone up for Luke Bryan! Loved how she told the fans she has family in Boston! The flashback of great country songs was an added fun bonus! We have become fans and can't wait to hear more of her music!
Beyond amazing. The love and appreciation from the fans, the incredible set list, the sound, the lights - I would see Hozier a million times at this venue if I lived long enough (and could afford to 😊). I’m grateful for the entire experience of feeling the physical presence of Hozier and his musician family in this perfectly sized venue. I cried with joy during the concert and again the next morning seeing some video my husband took. Loved it beyond my ability to find the right words to describe it.
FATN absolutely rocked!!! High energy from beginning to end. They steal the show everywhere they play. Their great performance is only outdone by their incredibly huge sound for just 4 guys on stage. Yes, Danny hits ALL THOSE NOTES… and he does so, with such emotion… pain, passion, whatever he’s feeling at that moment, he makes sure every person in that crowd feels it too. All these guys absolutely rock. Truly gifted musicians and do it their own way, not following trends. I’ve seen From Ashes to New quite a few times… from small intimate venues in Boston, Ma and in Manchester, Nh… to bigger stadium venues and pavilions like this show in Gilford…. and it makes no difference… These guys all rock hard from start to finish with high energy at each and every show. I hope to see them back around here again soon. These guys kill it at every show. Once again, I was blown away at how they stole the show.
This is our “must go-to” show of the year, every year in Gilford, Nh. Falling in Reverse always puts on such an amazing performance. No Ronnie haters here. Once again, Falling in Reverse absolutely rocked the stage and mixed it up, like they always do, to keep the crowd guessing and give the crowd a fresh new show each time! Some classics, some new stuff and some of Ronnie just being Ronnie. Ive been a big fan of these guys for a long time now because Falling in Reverse continues to grow as a band, as musicians and their music style and sound, continues to grow with them. Plus they still rock the stage each show from beginning to end. As a bonus, they always have other awesome bands on their tours, like… Ice Nine Kills, Papa Roach, Crown The Empire etc.
Ice Nine Kills absolutely stole the show!!! Clearly a fan favorite and was greeted by fans as more of a headlining act. From the second they stepped on the stage in their tuxedos, wielding bloody axe props, they had the entire crowd hypnotized by their high energy, horror themed performance. The pit seemed to multiply as fans poured onto the floor to rock out with Ice IX Kills. Funny and entertaining act, all while performing at the highest level professionally. The type of show that has you searching for the next tour dates before you exit the venue. I can’t wait to see these guys again!!!
Dark clouds and raining at an outdoor venue… yet they came right on stage and immediately started rocking out. Great energy, huge sound for a small intimate crowd. Crown The Empire should be headlining their own show, but it was cool to get to see Ice Nine Kills (another band that absolutely rocked and should have their own tour) and Falling in Reverse, who always puts on a great show for their fans. I’d really like to see Crown The Empire play here locally again, maybe headline. You guys rocked!
Rod exceeded our expectations. At age 78 he still gave it his all. Brilliant showmanship. Best choreography for a rock group I’ve ever recently seen. The physical optics coupled with the background digital optics were artistically spot on. Everyone on stage was on their game and playing in peak condition. I had a plethora of highly talented, attractive, women, singing, dancing, and playing certain instruments as well. Rod had it planned out to let the girls have their own separate showmanship here, and there, which gave him a chance to freshen up, change, wardrobe, and return. Nearer the end Rod brought out a highly talented black saxophonist, that hinted to me, like Clarence, or the ghost of Clarence, from Bruce Springsteen‘s earlier days. Another brilliant move by Rod!
The Smashing Pumpkins never disappoint and this show was awesome. The main opener Interpol was good as well, the sound was clear for an opener set, they played all their favorites, except The Heinrich Maneuver could be added, right?
Pumpkins added an extra guitar player and backing vocalist, so their sound was full studio Pumpkins big sound, through all but the acoustic version of Tonight Tonight, which is becoming a celebration moment, like 'we made it, things are gonna be good now'. And with the Pumpkins, that feeling hits you on many levels in many old and new songs. Billy had fun chatting with James, they had as much fun as ever playing a solid set of all the right songs, from Today, Perfect, Disarm to Ava Adore, Tonight and Bullet, and later finishing with Jellybelly (best), Empires, Hummer, Beguiled, 1979, then James introduced the band members, then put the hammer down, 'This is Cherub Rock', and Zero to finish a great show, no encore needed. Someday maybe Drown, I Am One and Spaceboy might make the cut, but until then, it's still a Pumpkins Vampire world and down in belly of the beast - it rocks.
First time at this venue. Was a little nervous that it would be difficult to get in, park etc. All the staff members were wonderful and it was easy. The only negative comment I have was the sound. I sat in section 2A and it was too loud . The instruments drowned out the singing. Despite that the shows were wonderful. Enjoyed Old Crow Medicine show. First time seeing Hank Jr. in concert. Wow, what a show!!! I would have given the experience a 5 star if the sound had been better
The show was amazing! And the venue was great! Security was super nice which was a great surprise as usually I'm greeted with hostility as if I was an actual threat. The only improvement I can think of is I wish staff knew where the parking lots were. There was no signage and staff kept pointing us in the wrong direction (come to find out it was the same for another couple who we ran into) so I think that could be improved. Otherwise great time!
It was so amazing to have the Foos back!! They put on an incredible heartfelt show. We got to hear Josh on drums for the first time as well as 4 songs off their upcoming album that have never been played live before. Dave was genuinely thankful for the fans. I cannot imagine how hard this was for him but because he’s such an amazing human, he came back for us.
G Love, OAR and Dispatch blew the roof off last night in Gilford, NH! So much fun energy. OAR has new band members to me. They added a lot to OAR with their dancing, incredible trumpeter and of course saxophone! G Love joined them with an energetic unbelievable harp tune! Then Dispatch turned it up even higher and it never slowed down! Crazy energy, serious fast rocking guitars, and everyone dancing and jumping up and down! Phew my legs are sore, but happy!
Thank you Toad for the meet n greet! Your music is amazing and it was a privilege to meet you all in person! It was a fantastic experience at a fabulous venue with all three bands, Toad, the Gin Blossoms and BNL who were amazing live!! Both audience and all 3 bands were having fun and it showed!!
Thank you all for a great performance!!
Since only one photo allowed, enjoy!!
There aren’t enough words to convey what an amazing show Nickelback puts on. I have seen them 41 times now, and the 41st was just as good as the 1st. Chad is one of the greatest front men I have ever seen. Not only does he work the crowd into a frenzy but he is an amazing guitarist. Ryan complements Chad’s vocals beautifully and his guitar work is stellar. The back line of Mike and Daniel bumps and thumps and keeps everything nice and tight. These guys are the real deal. Energetic, melodic and anthemic. I always leave every show satisfied but eagerly waiting for the next one. Nickelback is the best!
Possibly the most memorable concert experience of my life! In addition to seeing 4 incredible acts blending their musical talents together, I had a once-in-a-lifetime experience in the parking lot 2 hours before the show.
I had connected with, and exchanged messages with, David Pastorius, bassist for Carl Palmer's ELP Legacy leading up to the show. Friday evening I sent David a message letting him know that I'd be at the Bank of NH Pavillion show and asked if there was any chance we could meet up to say; Hello.
My expectations were low, but I received a response 5 minutes later that simply said; I'll meet you in the parking lot at 4pm following my sound check. Bring your bass!
I ended up getting a private 1:1 lesson with one of the best slap bassists on the planet!
Absolutely unbelievable show! These guys sounded amazing and the music was ridiculously good. I dare anyone to find a show that had better presentation and sounded as great as this one. Sully put on an outstanding show musically and vocally. Shannon is easily one of the best drummer me I have ever seen. Robbie and Tony make everything look effortless and yet every song has impeccable Godsmack bass and guitar. I am so happy I got to see this show. One of the best shows I’ve seen in a very long time.
