Crystal Grand Music Theatre

Lee Brice was EXCELLENT! Loved his show! My husband said his show was a 10 out of 10 and was way better than he expected! Perfect date night! Crystal Grand Theatre was a nice venue. However, just before the opening act started they turned down the house lights and a man sitting right behind us was approaching his seat and when the lights went out he missed his step a came tumbling down over my husband, rolled off his lap and hit his head very hard on the front balcony wall! (We were sitting in the first row of the mezzanine). It was bad, he was in excruciating pain, EMS was called, placed a c-collar on his neck, slowly got him into a stair chair and was taken by ambulance to the hospital after he advised he had numbness in both arms and previous spinal/neck fusion surgeries. My husband and I moved out of our seats so EMS could better access him. They got additional security guards to help lift the man up the stairs. A couple of things Crystal Grand could improve upon: add some railings (currently none on the stairs), add increased or brighter lights to the stair lighting (current lighting not sufficient), slowly dim lights when going to the beginning of show (instead of going from bright lights to dark immediately). We believe these changes would have prevented this mans fall. He appeared to be suffering greatly (we felt so bad for him) and unfortunately we missed the opening act. Staff could use a little more updated 1st Responder training. Mezzanine wall impairs view of stage, cushions that offered helped a bit. Concert tickets should include parking, we were surprised to have to pay to park in the Theater lot. Very much appreciated the birthday gift can coosie & drink voucher, that was a nice surprise! Amazing first official concert! So happy I got to go with my dad! However there was an annoying lady behind us who was drunk and thought Lee Brice could hear her from the crowd.😂

Aaron is always awesome to see! Venue was great and I think it was reasonable priced for the beverages. Unfortunately had some rude people next to us that ruined our night. GO MAGA

It was amazing! Aaron was funny & we loved hearing his stories as he played! This was our 3rd time seeing him at the Crystal grand in Wis Dells & will for sure be back again! 🤘🏼🇺🇸

Jo Dee rocked the stage !!!! Great show so down to earth it was like we were at her house and she was singing to us as part friends !!! The energy was awesome !!!

As always was a wonderful show. First time seeing the group with Drew as lead singer. It was different then with Richie, which is to be expected, but, as always with Lonestar, was a wonderful show. Only my second time to Crystal Grand Theatre - and the theatre was great place to see a concert also.

I absolutely loved this show! I took my 10 yr old granddaughter with me, it was her 1st concert. The staff was great making sure she could see and making sure she git a guitar pick. Love making memories

Excellent show as always! I’ve seen Gary Allan several times throughout the years and he just sings one song after another without telling stories or bringing up something political. I will see him again if and when he comes to the area.

Great venue. Concert was on point like we knew it would be. Buckcherry is always a great show! We drove 5 1/2 hours to get there! The staff, security, everyone was so nice. Highly recommend.

If you love guitar...the blues...rock 'n roll...bluesrock...extremely-talented artists.....you need to attend a KWS concert. Not only did Kenny and band (Noah Hunt man) play some stuff from "Trouble Is...25", they also dove into the first album in ways you couldn't believe. In a word - Awesome! There wasn't much of a light show though so that was a little disappointing and left me asking "why not more"?" Crystal grand is a cool, small venue but gets the job done in a simple, comfortable manner. The employees were all nice, pleasant and accommodating, although charging $10 to park on dirt (in back) I felt was gouging...c'mon man. Concession prices were ridiculous also but that's become a standard these days, although it shouldn't be! An older rock 'n' roller like myself appreciates and thoroughly enjoys a good guitarist like KWS and band. But Kenny is one of the top 5 guitarists in the world with amazing talent and should be witnessed and enjoyed in person any chance you might get. I left the show feeling wonderful and satisfied that excellent music is still here - and that's rare in the 2020's!

It was my very first concert and I was so excited. I brought my 2 sons and daughter in laws. One came up to stage and received a CD from him. I was hooked and when I got home I received my fan club packet. I joined in June

The band sounded amazing, Casey sounded really, really, good. It was very much a party atmosphere and a great time! I could have done without the women dancers, but it didn't detract from the show. I'm so glad I got to see them! Thank you for coming to the Dells!

We had ViP seating row B seat 8&9. My son and I loved the seats and it was nice how security jumped on anyone trying to stay up front and in our way. The food and drinks were great!! The Band were absolutely fantastic. Im glad the audience were fired up for them as well! Charlie Starr is mesmerizing to watch. So very talented. Nice he called out Wausau and Tomahawk! We drove from Merrill! We will definitely come to see them again and loved the Crystal Grand! Everyone was so nice and helpful!! Thank you!!

Seriously GREAT show!!! Loved all the fan interaction. You could tell they were having a good time and it truly showed. I hope to see them again if they're in the area!!

It was a fantastic show❣ Lots of older and a few newer songs. Amy talked with the audience more (since we are all a "bit" older, now)! I truly enjoyed hearing the stories behind some of her songs, and more about how much she needed to put her Faith in Christ Jesus to the Test, during her heart surgery! AWESOME SHOW at a great venue... Not a bad seat in the House. 5th time seeing Aaron be it solo, in STAIND or with the STATELINERS. He never disappoints... Aaron truly has a talent for song writing and performing. Going to see Him again with the STATELINERS in May in Minnesota!

Wow! My sternum is still vibrating from the amplifiers last night as Rick did a wild and extended version of "Jessie's Girl!" The show was fantastic! Rick looked great and his energy level was off the charts! Everyone there was singing along, clapping their hands, and dancing to the music. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience I'll never forget! Long live Rick Springfield!

What a FANTASTIC show ! Aside from being able to hear material from a band that I've enjoyed for many years, I also got the opportunity to meet them, buy a ( VERY reasonably priced ) tee shirt and have them sign my ticket. A great experience from a band that I would DEFINITELY see again if the opportunity arose !! 🤟😁🤟
