Brilliant songs & stunning vocals !!! ....what more could you ask for !! Laura is an absolute star and throughly deserves every success that is heading her way !! If you get the chance definitely go and catch her live !! 👍👍🎉🎉
Despite lacking a support act! They smashed it. Mix of amazing songs. Amazing to hear synthesizer live been my fave song since I was 14, now 35.
Saying that! The guys had more energy prancing about in their suits and giving in big licks. 10/10 would say again. Only other comment. GET MORE MERCH ON YOUR UK STORE! No-one standing in no merch queue when we can be shaking our asses. 😁
Fantastic evening, a great selection of old and new and a tremendous 4 song encore of songs from Nosferatu.
Fantastic show. Hugh always plays several Stranglers songs. Why not? He wrote a lot of them. But he also plays many of his own , solo songs which proves he’s still a strong songwriter.
The Best Entertainer Ever, one of the best shows I have seen in the last 10 years, amazing vocals and a great experience.
Excellent gig from TUOOGB on Saturday.
My mate who is in a wheelchair, were parked up in
Front row , with excellent views, approx 2 metres away!!
Split into two halves 50 mins and 60mins with 20 min break.
All seven musicians were immaculate and melded into a cohesive
Sound. All had their moments to shine, which they grabbed gloriously.
A varied catalogue of different genres were performed to rapturous
Applause from an Edinburgh audience.
A largely older crowd, including us late 60s, interspersed with a few
Children surprisingly , lapped up the music.
Special mention to newcomer Laura Currie the latest addition, who fitted
In brilliantly. These guys are all experts performing the ukulele.
How tall is Peter, looks like 7 foot tall? Is George Hinchcliffe still in the band?
Look forward to next time..How about coming to Dunfermline, Carnegie Hall
Holds over 500 or Alhambra which is bigger 1500. I’m sure the Fifers would
Appreciate the show. Here’s hoping for a future gig on homeland.
Johnny Flynn voice is absolutely stunning. Perfect in every way. His show with Robert was such a masterpiece of story telling. They really took us on an amazing journey.
Amazing. How they sound live is exactly how they sound recorded. Absolutely loved the show and hope to see them perform again soon
My favourite was Galahad. It was like a big smile. It was so warm and lush to hear it live.
The venue and the lighting were perfect.
Thank you for an amazing concert! Some slight variations on some LAU favourites and a new tune. Just wonderful to see the trio together again. Thank you LAU.
The contributions by Katheryn Joseph were disappointing. Her style of music and singing are very different to LAU’s and didn’t complement the gig.
Have travelled far and wide to experience Noah Reid’s music live. Never thought I’d get to see him in my own city. What a night. Noah, his band and that Scottish crowd were a match made in heaven. Not to mention the venue’s impeccable Steinway piano which Noah’s songs were made to be played on. What can I say? Unforgettable night. Unforgettable performer. Haste ye back, Noah.
Not sure about the venue but concert itself was amazing. Both the support and the main act were brilliant and the sound quality was excellent. If you are able to get tickets for one of the others shows then do so you will not be disappointed
Excellent performance again by band that seem to have a lot of fun on stage as well. It was even an improvement since the last time they were here with the new singer.
Have been following this band for 10 years now and they just get better and better. What a talented bunch of beautiful people. The range of instruments they play is awesome. Accordion, fiddle, bagpipes, whistle, guitar and drums not to mention incredible voices singing in English and Gaelic. Support singer Ellie Beaton had a lovely voice too.
Stunning guitar playing from JST her singing is pure soul blues and the band are awesome. The songs and lyrics are fantastic
A chance to hear her in Edinburgh where I was this we. Terrific show even if we were seated...
Ninth time I’ve seen the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain and they get better each time! Awesome performance.
Excellent night although the support was odd
The Guys had you hooked the moment they took to the stage to the moment they left the place was buzzing. A young lady from the audience got up and sang with Brothers Osborne and she stole the show
No other word than outstanding. Or possibly breathtaking.... Fabulous would work too. In fact, there are many words but that's one of the best concerts I've seen in recent memory. Thanks Erland
A most fantastic and rather intimate show by The Zombies who, as grand and inspirational to artists even today are somewhat overlooked. Supported by The Wellgreen who were a great mix of 90s such as the likes of Dodgy and 60s mod band, were a great addition to the night. Perfectly matched with the main act who not only performed their classics but new material. Fans of Argent and Alan Parsons project weren’t disappointed either with the setlist featuring a couple of their songs featuring members of the Zombies. All in all, a great night out, a band who retain their voices and talents so well even after 50 odd years. Lastly to sing along to ‘God Gave Rock n Roll to You’ in an old church was fabulous! 5 stars!
