It was awesome. Wouldn’t have missed the show for nothing . Great performance, he’s always on point . He interacts with his audience fans always.. his compassionate and his songs are on point. Can’t wait to see his next show.
I’ve driven to Fort Collins and now Tucson from Phx to see them. It’s WELL worth the trips and money. High energy and I feel safe in the crowds as we are all little weirdos together <3
She is truly a talented musician with an excellent voice. Second time seeing her and would go every time I can to watch her. She is amazing and beautiful; she makes music even more sultry and sexy with her many tones. What a performer!
Great show decent venue. Opening act was Local group Bird and Arrow. They played a great set. Their sound and original songs were fantastic. Great potential. Lead singer has stage presence and is a live wire. The Sadies were perfect as always . Amazing guitar shredding and music. Venue says standing only but there are some pews along the sides for us older folk to rest and relive our youth. Perfect night.
Victoria Canal is a one of a kind talent and person! Her singing and songwriting are amazing as is her piano playing and guitar playing. She captivates the audience with her talent, personality, sense of humor, and sweetness. The show was incredible and she always does her best no matter how small or large her audience is. I was very happy to see her first headline show and I will definitely keep seeing her whenever I can
Great bunch of guys. Got some a chance at merch too. Awesome set and fantastic energy not just from the crowd but the band as well. Love that we got time to talk to them after the show too. These guys should never be missed!
Kennyhoopla is literally such an amazing entertainer. Best show ever!! Thank you so much for an amazing show and giving it your everything! Cant wait to see you again in concert. From Estela H🥹
Fantastic show. Amazing band to see live. All kinds of talent up there.
Have all her vinyl records and was very pleasantly surprised by the live performance.
Our whole group loved it. Energetic, talented entertainment.
Will definitely go again when they come through.
Duane
such an amazing show. josh was so interactive that he would jump into the crowd and sing while performing. and i got to talk to both josh and sal after the show/ take pictures. they were very sweet, the background singers were amazing, and the band was on point! loved every second of the show
Great show!
191 Toole is really intimate. Andres improvised a lot and because of the close atmosphere it felt very genuine and personal. All the bands put on a fantastic show. Hail the sun took the cake as always though!!
TWA and Dayseeker absolutely set Tucson on fire last night at 191 Toole. Awesome place & staff. Super fun night. Sound was also much better than I had expected at such an intimate venue.
The show was absolutely killer!!! Just sucks that creeping death didn’t get to play. The best part of it was that immolation and carcass both played for over a hour. Hope both bands make it back this way soon.
I've been a concert enthusiast for a lot of years. My first was Maiden in March of 87. There have been a LOT between then and now. Many hundreds. But this show was a first for me. But we'll get to that in a minute.
Opener "Car Bomb" was first. They played for a solid hour. Competent musicians, one and all, but not a songwriter in the group. Every time they started to play something that resembled a hook or a groove, they veered away from it just as fast, never to return. Made it all terribly uninteresting. Enough of that.
BTBAM hit the stage promptly at 9:30, and didn't stop until about 10:40. At all. No instrument changes. No pauses. No banter with the crowd. Nothing. At one point, guitarist Dustie Waring grabbed a chair and sat down for about 20 minutes of the set. Not, like, an "acoustic interlude" set or anything - full-bore metal set, dude chilling on a folding chair. To be honest, he was pretty static even when he was standing, betraying little emotion as he riffed through his parts. The other guys were more animated, and I wondered if perhaps he was sick.
Anyway, about 10:40, they DID take a pause to say hi and thank everyone, before kicking off one last song, then returning again for an encore, before which guitarist Paul Waggoner spoke and joked for a bit.
Song choices were great, performance was fantastic, especially for such dense and varied material. Sound was troubled in the beginning, with the first 4 songs or so sounding like one of the PA speakers was blown, but somehow that problem went away. Solid show from a great band, but opener Car Bomb had no business playing an hour long set here.
The Happy Fits were amazing! Their show was fun and energetic, and they just make me want to smile. They are super talented and beyond nice. They took pictures with everyone after their set and were so generous with their time. Great guys and great music! Catch their show if you can.
About time that this young lady had a headlining tour! Amazing vocals! Excellent band behind her as well! Truly the kind of artist you want to see! She spent a lot of time after the show singing autographs, taking photos and just talking to whoever was waiting! Thanks you Diamante!
Opening band Eyes Set To Kill was also a pleasure to see! Been a fan since I first saw them but haven’t been able to see catch them in a long time. Expect big things for this group!
Bought a ticket to this show on a whim, and damn did they put on a show. In this venue, on this night, they were absolutely electric. Seen about 100-120 shows by now; this one is in the Top Ten.
Cemetery Sun was amazing! They are super talented and their new album is everything. Their show was dynamic and fun and they have the coolest merch - skateboard decks!! They are really nice guys, too. After their set they talked with their fans and took pictures. It was so great and if you have the chance to see them in concert, you totally should go.
It was so much fun! The energy in the venue was incredible and I’ve honestly never enjoyed myself as much as I did 2 nights ago. The Regrettes most definitely were the best concert experience I’ve ever had. I hope to see them again in September alongside the other great band that is Greer!
Definitely an amazing experience. I've been following Camp Cope for a minute and they were better in concert than on the records, which is so hard for a lot of artists. My only complaint is that the show wasn't longer, because I'm hungry for another round of these ladies. They're all incredibly talented and real.
