Oh man I had so much fun seeing these guys. They came on right at 7, so if you're hoping to see Summoning The Lich, make sure you're on time! I got there a little early and chatted with them a little bit, they're really cool guys. I loved Daniel's energy during the set, and I'm really just grateful no apples were thrown...
Warbringer is a show not to be missed. There were 200 people at the show, but it felt like 2000 in a tiny venue. They just bring it. I have been to hundreds and hundreds of shows, and these guys put on such an amazing show with such great energy, I could not recommend it enough. When Mr. Kevill stage dove into the crowd and hung out, it was amazing.
NO CURE STRAIGHT EDGE DIE SLOW FUCK YOU. great show. Love these guys and girls. No knives at this bar. Thank you for blessing us, Satan, No Cure is hard at work translating the Book Of Mormon 2 and it will blow the first one out of the water. Sequel or Die.
It was awesome!!!! Veronica sadly wasn't able to perform but the guys did unbelievably well without her. It just goes to show how incredible they are. I was able to talk with Francesco for a little bit after the show and he's a really cool, down to earth guy! Can't wait for them to come back!!!!
Pretty good. Long show with some cool interchanges between a lot of great older songs. The drummer was off a hair, here and there. One song restart due to a guitar malfunction or something. Small portion of the crowd was moving. Kind of an older and slower crowd. The show I saw a few years back was better, but definitely still go see them if you haven't before. This venue's sound wasn't great, but I can't blame them for that.
Absolutely fantastic show! The venue was great, making it easy to stay hydrated and have fun. NVM played a good opener with some especially solid drums and bass. Versus Me came out swinging with tons of energy, charisma, and showmanship. Then the main event... Smash Into Pieces was STUNNING. Every song a hit, the whole set high octane from start to finish. I wanted to go back and experience the whole night again from the beginning. 10/10 experience, will definitely be back for more.
The Pharcyde has been one of my favorite hip-hop group, since I was a teenager. And while I knew I was going to enjoy the show, I was not prepared for how good the show was actually going to be. This group of artists are true legends, and I had not had that much fun at a hip-hop show since I saw De La Soul about 10 years ago. Amazing doesn’t cover it
The LACS show was AWESOME! Entertaining, fun and a blast! I did the Meet & Greet also…such great guys! And Dustin Spears…AWESOME! He’s fun…and hilarious. He brought a very comedic part to the show. And he was so fun at the meet & greet. Justin Champagne had a great beat to the music and was very engaging. The down side was the facility. Whomever was in charge of the audio did a really poor job. You couldn’t hear what Justin or the LACS were singing because the audio was so off balance. Show = ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and Facility = ⭐️
This was a great show! It's always fun to see Delain, but this was the first time with Diana as their new singer. This was also the first time I've seen Visions of Atlanta, and I'm so glad I did. Both bands had so much energy, and really got the crowd into their performances. This was a much needed escape from reality.
Sick ass band been listening to them for years I’m glad they came back to Utah to make up for the show they missed back in July they played a sick ass set and they were cool enough to meet people after the show and take photos and sign merch
I've loved this band since I was a teenager! I feel like a teenager every time I see them. I got a guitar pic from Sam Bam, and he gave the setlist that was taped to the ground. Got a nice hold hand from Taime. Can't wait to see them next time. 😍
concert was outstanding. The venue was dirty, expensive and was lacking in security. I've seen the Delta Bombers and Reverend Horton Heat dozens of times. My girlfriend had never seen them. A fight broke out during Reverend Horton Heat's set. Absolutely no response from security. I'm a retired police officer as was the gentlemen I was with. We made the decision to get our ladies out of the venue before the fight escalated. Before we exited furniture, guardrails, beer bottles were being thrown. Again no security presence. A bar tender was doing his best to break up the fight but it was only escalating. On the way out I told the door guy about the fight and told him to call the police. He looked at me with a blank stare like I was from Mars. Very disappointing ending to an otherwise good show.
Great set by Emily Wolfe and her band ! Songs were tight and strong.
Vocals are infectious and soulful and pairs well with her guitar work which was smoking !
Do not miss this talented artist !
Amazing show! Andy always puts on such an amazing performance when he comes to town and it was an amazing experience to witness their old school set, we also really enjoyed seeing Priest for the first time and are now huge fans. I look forward to seeing Combichrist again soon!
Opening bands were great! Ten seconds had tech difficulties and that’s who I was really there to see. They worked through it and I enjoyed it, nonetheless. Cattle Decap just isn’t my cup of tea. Tremendous musicians but a little hard to follow.
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhh.
Best show (of 12) I've seen. Prof is the quintessential performer and Wonka just adds to the fire.
You have not lived until you have seen Prof live.
And after you've seen him live you could technically rest on peace, but you wouldn't dream of it because all you'll think about is your next Prof show.
Buy your tickets early, the show will sell out.
Dragon Force was awesome. I went to See Dragonforce but I really enjoyed. The other two bands as well. I was blown away by the stage theatrics like the confetti cannons. And the props that were used. Loved the video game theme. First concert I went to were I didn't have to stand in the nose bleeds section. Defiantly worth the money spent.
After more than 30 years, TKK still has that (black) magic. It was my first time time seeing them live, despite being a fan for almost 20 years, so I may be guilty of slight hyperbole. Groovie, Buzz and the gang, bassist Mimi Star and forgive me I don't know their current drummer, put on a hell of a show. This recent tour, TKK were supporting their most recent release, In the House of Strange Affairs. The majority of the show, however, was dedicated to classic tracks such as: A Daisy Chain 4 Satan, Lucifer's Flowers, Days of Swine and Roses. The energy was fantastic. The band clearly had as a time as the audience. I was fortunate enough to meet Groovie and chat him up for a minute. My only bitch is the venue. Metro Music Hall is great, but would be infinitely better, if they could work on sound. This was my third concert there and the speakers are too loud for such a small venue, as evidenced, by many patrons wiser than me, who sported earplugs to combat the loudness and in particular abrasive tones in the higher register. This place could benefit from someone who's skilled at working a mixing board.
Amani and Trevor are amazing Producers/musicians. They had everyone’s ass shakin. There was a little something for everyone and great vibes from everyone. The Metro is a Much better venue than the last time they came around. I will never miss the opportunity to see this Magical Duo.
All three bands were fantastic and then some! I'd never been to this venue before so it was really cool to see them all intermingle with the crowd before/after their sets, especially Cloven Hoof and Vicious Rumors. I eagerly await the day I can see them all again!
