travelled to Sydney for this concert because melbourne concerts were booked out. Had a blast- great band, great sound.
hopefully Peep Tempel stick around for another tour or 2. I didn’t want to take any chances.
Once again a blistering performance by Robben Ford supported by Johnny Hendrickson on Hammond organ and Ian Thomas on drums who supported the music with a good solid feel and great dynamics. I have been a fan of Robben Ford since hearing him for the first time 50 years ago with Tom Scott and the LA Express, a stella group with the best musicians in Los Angeles at that time. The recording called Tom Cat has stood the test of time and still sounds as fresh as ever as a cross over jazz rock recording that scared a lot of people with the compositions and improvisations. I had Robben Ford sign the cover of the album 50 years on from the time it was recorded. Robben Ford always surprises and this trio was no exception as he constantly explores his own creativity.

Closure in Moscow, disconnected, middle-aged men trying to relive they youth, 10 year wait for disappointed.. Hail the sun definitely shined, lead singer should stay on percussion, unstoppable, Fireworks, his comfort zone, the fall of troy mezmorised by the lead guitarist natural ability to shred with his eyes closed..
So good to see Voodoo Glow Skulls with Frank back in the lead vocals!!!!
A shame to have been allocated the Floor and not the Theatre though, and sound was particularly bad for all performing that night…
I knew he was going to sound great but I was not prepared for his showmanship. Awesome show. Felt privileged to hear his stories. Highly recommend!
Don and Band put on an excellent show on Friday night! Always good to hear Don's voice and his old and new songs.
Wonderful night felt I was in my twenties again. Band was slick, professional and dare I say better than years ago, must come with maturity. Venue was comfortable and sound was good. Do yourself a favour and see Boom Crash Opera if you get a chance!
Excellent gig at The Factory, six years after Calexico last played there.
This time they were showcasing the album ‘Feast Of Wire’ on its 20th anniversary and the six-piece band of multi-instrumentalists did a fantastic job, even incorporating ‘Love Will Tear Us Apart’ into one song. Great live band.
An exceptional night with some of the best voices I have ever heard, Clare and Brandon brought us an intimate experience where they told us their real life stories which led to them writing each of their beautiful songs. A night I will never forget, thanks for the experience guys
AMAZING Night! The band was on fire from the opening song (Thick as Thieves) and belted out all their hits (minus Fader 😢), a fantastic cover of the Aussie classic, Under the Milky Way, as well as a new song from their upcoming Album (Sungazer). The band sounded amazing and Dougy sang like an Angel! Ohhhh, to take me back there again would be magical…as was the night! Only giving it 5 because it did not allow me to give it 8 out of 5…LOL
so much fun!! honestly one of my favs concerts! they were so good live and had so much energy! can’t wait until they come back to australia !! :D
Don't have words. Hands down, the best support act I've ever seen. Children Collide are one of the great Aussie rock bands. I hope they continue to release music and tour for a looong time. I'll definitely see them whenever I can.
This was going to be and could have been a 5 star show! The band sounded amazing, the crowd was high energy and I was living my best life after travelling all the way from Adelaide. I know it wasn’t the bands fault, nor Noah’s. I know their health comes priority to us. BUT I can’t give it 5 stars when it wasn’t the full headline show that I’d paid for. I also missed Bloom because my flight was delayed 😢
Absolutely brilliant. Eclipse…well eclipsed every other band, an amazing performance. Shame they could not do more than 8 songs; but wow, blown away🤘😁👍. Even got to meet the lads afterwards and get a photo and CD pamphlets signed😁🙏!
They were awesome. Wish they had a longer set. A very high energy performance witch was outstanding.
Hope they come back to Australia soon
What an awesome concert. The venue was perfect. The organizers were friendly and had everything worked out for the VIP meet and greet.
The band were out of this world. Brilliant!!!!!
Great TC performance but waaaaaaay too short. This is not the kind of band that ppl go to listen to for 90 minutes. This is a 3 sets kind of band. We were just getting started, when they just walked off stage. This is the second time this happens, after the basement. There was no nearby place to dance the night off
So glad I got to see them live. I can relate to their music. My condolences for the loss of your father Rory I lost my grandmother around the same time ♥️ please come back and perform again one day !!
Great performance, hope they come back soon (& not wait another 30 years!)
Only thing that tainted the night was a group stood close talking loudly most of the time.
This was my first ever concert and I'm so happy with it. The boys were so amazing and the event was the best. Would 10/10 do again!
