The band was awesome! I definitely would see them again.
This was the first time I’ve ever been to the House of Blues and it was great!
We sat upstairs and that was very comfortable instead of having to stand the whole time.
My husband has a back injury so he’s the one that sat the whole time but I did both.
I would definitely go back there again to see bands.
Thank you for the awesome show!
I don't know why the show started 30 minutes late. When you're playing a city with such extensive transit services, you have to start on time. My friend Wayne had to leave early into the second set because he had to catch the train before it stopped running. I had to miss the encore because I thought the show was over and didn't realize it wasn't until I was at the door and the music playing again at 12:25 am. Yes, I know what a jam band is. When all the other shows at HOB are done by 11 p.m., it's reasonable to expect the show to be done by midnight. As good as Land of Panda was, they shouldn't have been on the show. With them, everything would have been fine. It was nice seeing Hookah again after all these years.
The venue was great perfect seats to view everything from the balcony. Opening act was good she was surprisingly good I’d never heard her music. However Luke played about as long as the opening act did for the price of the tickets and being new on tour getting his music out there. I would have liked and expected them to play longer than an hour. That was disappointing for sure. He did a very good job and sounded great live. But should have sang longer for the fans who came to see him in my opinion.
I saw these guys Open for Streetlight Manifesto, and they were a lot of fun! The band was very talented, and kept it uptempo and fun the whole night. They seemed really excited to play for a full house, which was fun. The best part of the performance was the various stage antics they had going for them. The brass section milled around like fish in an aquarium, and the trombone player would occasionally bully other musicians by crowding them with the... trombone... thing. The keyboardist kept trying to do jumping splits the entire show. Overall it was a lighthearted, goofy, fun show that I very much enjoyed! I highly recommend seeing them if you enjoy ska music or just having a fun evening with a lively act on stage!
Saying it was great was an understatement. i loved it so much. it was my first concert and i bawled my eyes out. he’s so perfect and he’s saved me in every way a person can be saved - 1997 movie Titanic, but it really is true. without him i wouldn’t be here. he got me through middle school and im almost done with highschool. i love him so much and appreciate all of his music and how he influenced me to make myself better for others and myself.
This was actually my first ever concert. Alexandra Kay (and band) and Haley Mae Cambell put on a great show. Wasn't expecting much but was blown away by their performance. I woulda gave them a 10 star review if it was possible. Plan on hitting up another one of her tour dates with Jelly Roll and Warren Zeider this year. This time I'll be ready to sing along and yell till I got no voice. Blown Away!
This show was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! He had such a fun energy on stage and he sounds amazing live! This show was honestly better than seeing Ariana grande at the t mobile arena in Las Vegas. Long live Anees! And extra big, special thanks to Mr. Michael Minelli, he was just as amazing and he was perfect I even got a couple pics with him, he deserves so much love . The venue was intimate and it was beautiful.
Very high energy all around, fantastic way to start the new year off!👌
Never heard of Avoid but they should not be avoided because they had SO much positive energy off rip.
Never seen a crowd for a show be so big into the opener band untill Avoid 😃. It was only the 2nd song in and the dude was feeling very comfortable, even asked "If I jump are you going to catch me?" Then jumped into the crowd and was sing while surfing 🏄♂️.
Couple songs later he's just running through the crowd right behind me and then back up the stairs to the back of the stage.
I enjoyed all bands and finally got to see FFAK live and I only wish I saw them years ago at Warped ❤️🔥
Godly, a true blessing as always. Hearing & seeing Zakk shred the axe is like watching Bob Ross create a masterpiece but better! Joey kills the drums and JD slaps the s**t outta the bass! I’ve been to a hundred + concerts and none can top this tribute band. It’s truly an experience like non other. Maybe I’m a little biased being how I think Sabbath is the greatest band of all time, and Zakk is my favorite guitarist. But I can promise. Go to a show! You’ll see what I’m talking about. 🙏🏼
Amazing! Currently my favorite band. So glad I finally got to see them live. They played a ton of songs and the venue ( Cleveland House of Blues) was small enough to see stage without needing extra screens and I could hear vocals (most of the time- crowd was loud so sometimes hard to hear Conor when he was talking ;))
Would definitely see them again anywhere and would see another concert at House of Blues.
It was an outstanding show at the House of Blues in Cleveland. The VIP package included. Access to the stage Before the show, Andrew the drummer put on a great Q&A session for us. We even got to play the drums and I held on to Brett's guitar. After the Q&A session, we sat down for a three song set acoustic. The boys were just outstanding. After a 90 minute break at the restaurant, I ran into Bret on the street and he was gracious enough to talk to us a little bit and let me take a selfie. The show itself ran over two hours long, 17 songs, three song encore. The glorious Sons are truly Glorious!!
Having seen Petrucci with D.T. many times I knew what to expect. Or so I thought. Along with the brilliance of Portnoy and LaRue, the performance was stunning to say the least. Songs from both his solo albums were masterfully played, along with some impromtu jams and extended solos. I've seen all the great guitarists from Blackmore, Beck, Ray Vaughn to Satch, Vai, Wilde and Malmsteen> This man is the very best Live or studio. Jaws Of Life left my lower one on the floor.
If you like guitar check this Master out. The best concert I have ever seen. out of hundreds. Thankyou Mike Portnoy and Dave LaRue for your intense and skillful performance too. What a trio. Those who were there will NEVER FORGET that night. Hope they put out a dvd or live cd.
Attention guitar virtuosos...the Live bar is set.
Still not only my favorite band of all time but just my favorite thing in general, and this show, my 5th of theirs, may have been the best in terms of the stage show and all the things they killed, esspecially the massive blothar clone, blofart, and seeing none but the brave and the issue of tissue (spacecake) was absolutely sick, I just wish they'd play more off of ragnarok and I'd like to see them play anything from beyond hell as I think that album is massively under rated.
It was tooooo fyeeee I definitely would mosh again. Yvngxchris set was fye and he staged dived and Landed right in front of me and He came out and socialized with the fans and I got his autograph and a picture with him 🫶🏽and bk set was so supercalifragilisticexpialidocious 😩 even though it was a short set. Tanna set was sooooo fyeeeee bro he so caring fr and he landed on my head when he stage dived. Tecca set was tooo lit. For my first concert I’d say this was a 1000000/10
One of the best shows I’ve ever been to. Love the House of Blues venue. Last concert I went to before lockdown fucked things up for 2 years. Dolph and Glock are the best duo to ever do it. Crazy that I got to see him at one of his last shows before he passed. Can’t wait for the the next Glock concert but it won’t be the same with more flipper. RIP DOLPH🐬🐬🐬
Fucking amazing high energy show!! So much talent from both these these guys! Hooked since I saw them perform at FreakDrop NYE(They were mind-blowing). Covid pretty much canceled most shows shortly after that, so we never got to see them til Tropidelic's fest Everwild!! We were stoked they were on the lineup!! Literally they were my favorite vibe all weekend! So much fun!! People got tf down!! It was everything!! Thanks so much guys!! Catch me in the crowd hollerin heyyy! By the way they definitely don't suck!!
This show was the best concert ever! Not just because I had M&G and meet the band and was in their tour video but because their concerts are amazing & their music live is so freakin good as are their albums❤️ all 5 and the EP Face The Music or their Something Old Something New digital version/ limited edition “7” vinyl which I have all 5 and the limited edition. This band is the best band in the whole world.
It was amazing! The opening band was entertaining though personally not my cup of tea. I think that my brain was constantly waiting for the chords to resolve on piano and when they didn't every song it was something I couldn't take after a while.
I'm a music theory nerd, too and spent half the concert taking notes on how Chon bobbed to the music so I could try and figure out the time signatures. Plus, I hope they know how much we all support and enjoy them- if the mosh pit at the end wasn't enough proof of that. I nearly got sucked into it! I wouldn't last 5 seconds.
I become very anxious and depressed, though I push through it most of the time. It's been particularly bad over the last couple weeks and it's lasted longer than most of my emotionally down phases. I think hearing Chon's music live really helped pull me through it this time.
This was my third time seeing Chon and can't wait for my fourth. I wish them all the best- they're truly talented and competent musicians. I hope they experience the peace that they give me in all areas of their own lives.
Thanks Chon.
I have been to so many concerts at the House of Blues and so far Alina Baraz is by far one of my top favorites! I really didn’t know who she was until my friend told me about her a month before the concert and wanted me to started listening to her. Her music is so relaxing and chill. (My kind of music) Definitely will be going to her next show when she’s back in town!!!
