The pictures are on my other phone so I can't post any of them, but this is my second time seeing Green Day and the show was amazing! Especially the balloon of the plane on the Dookie album cover flying over the stage.
I love the Linda Linda’s! They’re amazing and are so talented. They had terrific energy and after their set, they were in the pit with us and Eloise was moshing with us! I hope to go back soon!
Great evening of music. Would loved to hear… Send her my love … or Mother / Father and Still They Ride! Our entire family enjoyed the show! Liked seeing the Pittsburgh jersey’s on some of the guys.
Great show, great venue. Saw the stadium tour in Buffalo two years ago, and in Syracuse last year- my husband said this was the best of the three. I still think their best show was in Weedsport NY in 1988! But last night was great and loved The Steve Miller Band too- Journey was good as well. Keep Rocking and looking forward to next year!
Only saw the ending of Bailey but oml was it amazing. 8th always been a fan of Bailey but seeing him love was absolutely amazing. I would love for him to have a tour in Pittsburgh himself but I’m just amazed with how well he was live.
I really didn’t appreciate her graphics during a particular song. I get what she was trying to do “my body, my rights” her not singling put the current potus kinda burnt me. The normal traffic shows of Pittsburgh as well, but that wasn’t her problem…
This was amazing an very fun it felt like a moment in time for sure by the legendary Elton John who could definitely tour in the future if he wanted we had field tickets Section J pretty awesome view great weather an was a fantastic performance.
Amazing show one of the best nights of my life. I might have to or these posted so sorry if I do, but seeing this band I am now 46 has been a 36 year wait for me but James and Kirk and well Dave mustaine are the reasons I picked up guitar at 13 years old and now have been playing for 33 years, but recently I have been feeling very down and even pondering ending it all but hearing James say what he did during fade to black really touched me on a personal level. I have since gotten some help now have a weekly counseling and a phychiatrist as James was right I wasn’t thinking about other people it would affect and I really don’t have many people but a few so James I am sure will never see this but to hear those words come out of the mouth from one of my hero’s made me change my mind and not go through with it. I loved every minute of the show even the opening acts I will never forget that night and ordered the cd from that show so I will be able to relive it and hear that message anytime I might need too
I SWORE over 25yrs ago when this man introduced me to heavy metal at the age of 10, with this band, that I was going to take him to see them live. Fast forward to Aug 2022. I got to surprise him with tickets yesterday for his birthday and take him. The show was phenomenal. It was one of the best shows I've seen and we both had an amazing time. Metallica never lets us down. The set list was fantastic. The effects and fireworks were awesome. The band gave us a great show. #Dadswholistentometal #Dadsanddaughters #frickandfrack #Imhisminime #Daddysgirl
My favorite band from the 80’s never disappoints! POISON was full of energy from the second they hit the stage . Wish the set was longer , but totally worth the 2 1/2 year wait ! Bret Rocked my world in Pittsburgh!
🎸🎸🎸💚💚💚🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻
Best sounding band in the stadium tour line up ! Def Lep looked like they have been in the gym for 2 years preparing for this tour ( unlike Vince) they sounded fantastic and looked just as good! The songs sounded just like they do on the radio. Worth the 2 1/2 year wait !
Thanks boys for a great show, I hope you come back around soon ! 80’s forever💜🎸🤟🏻
Wow, these guys! I had no idea who they were. Some guy in the crowd was wearing suspenders and a tie, I'm thinking wtf is up with this guy lol Then Ice Nine Kills come out (and I understood why he was dressed like that) and wow, by the second or third song I was really having a great time. I love how their music grooves. The songs were amazing live, really hope the studio versions hold up. The movie American Psycho is one of my favorites so the whole theme of the band to me was really fun. If they come to town again, I'll definitely go see them.
Loved seeing these guys again after 20 years. Sound was amazing. Wish I had looked earlier to see what the stage setup was. I spent the first three songs staring at the back of the band because they went out to the very front of the stage. Songs were great, would have liked some different ones, but Dirty Window sounded so good live with a better snare sound and A SOLO!!!! OMG!!! And they played Ride The Lightning! Kirk's guitar solo really sounded perfect, very tight and accurate picking. Hearing Master of Puppets all the way through was also fantastic. So many good songs by the best band in the world would have enjoyed whatever they played. My only regret is that I didn't pick a better place to stand. Too many rude and/or drunk people trying to shove their way to the front. "oh but I was standing right there...oh I'm just looking for my friend..." Stupid lies by stupid people. Band was great, crowd could have been better
Amazing show! Didn't know who Ice Nine Kills was but definitely made me a fan. The horror theme was so fun. Finally figured out why the guy in the crowd was wearing suspenders and a tie. Lol Then Greta Van Fleet was good, would have enjoyed their set more if there weren't so many a-holes trying to push their way to the front. Too many people claiming their were looking for their boyfriend or husband or whatever, if you want to be close to the stage, get there early! How hard is that? Anyways, Greta Van Fleet got really good as their set went on. And finally Metallica! METALLICA!!!!!!! Wow, what a show, felt so fresh and new compared to some of the shows I saw in the 90s. Little touches such as some vocal additions from James on Seek & Destroy and some chord additions by Kirk on the beginning of Fade To Black, just so wonderful to be able to see them. Would have liked some different songs, but getting to see Ride The Lightning live was insane. This concert could only have been better if I had picked a better place to stand. Security seemed to do little to nothing with the two fights that occured next to me. It was a great night all around.
Def Leppard was absolutely amazing!!! They never disappoint their fans; especially live in concert. The truly care about their fans, family, friends and most importantly theirselves and all members of the band. They continue to keep theirselves healthy and fit so they can put on a show for their fans. Their performance on 8/12/2022 at PNC Park in Pittsburgh, PA, had the entire stadium up on their feet, singing, dancing and having a fantastic time!!!! Thank you for the many, many wonderful memories and the excitement and fun through Def Leppard"s set!!!!
Tommy Lee and Nikki sixx still bust ass on that stage with every song. They killed it and completely carry the name motley Crue. Vince Neil however has lost his magic. Slurring words a bit. Timing off. Not completely on top of things of when you hold the mike up either, dropping it down before the end of the line or dropping off the note early. Reminded me of an earlier version of ozzy Osbourne when he was noticeably declining into a burnout. I'd go again though just to watch the others.
Poison rocked PNC park. Wish they sang more then six songs but other than that love their energy and how they communicate with the audience. Nothing but a good time last night in Pittsburgh
Poison and Def Leppard won the night with their shows. Motley Crue was good, but their videos used during the show, wasn't appealing to me. MC song selection was pretty good. Vince and the band are older. His voice isn't like it was. I still think they were worth the price of admission.
Def Leppard was Excellent!!! Good mix of song selections . Joe Elliott takes care of his voice and sounded better.
Same with Poison. Bret Michaels got the crowd pumped up for DL and MC. His hometown concert brought something extra. He is from Butler,Pa...Must have been a dream to play in the area on all their past tours.
Joan Jett and the Blackhearts may have been good, but to me the sound coming from the speakers was less than ideal. Made her sound muffled and distorted some songs. I was looking forward to her set leading up to the concert.
Two years plus waiting for this tour. Overall, didnt disappoint the nearly 40,000 showed up and got their money's worth. 🤟👍❤
Motley was bad ass as usual. Waited two years for this show to happen. Worth the wait. Def Leppard was awesome as well. They sounded great. Local boys from Poison rocked and were loads of fun. And Joan Jett sounds as good as she did 30 years ago.
