Unfortunately,
I didn't make the show, I wish I had, it was a long time in planning but I couldn't make it.
I saw Jonatha last year at the Sweetwater, one of the best shows I've seen in a long time.
It was the night that she traveled from wherever she was to Martin and the airline folks broke her guitar.
OUCH! She made due with another guitar from Eric Schoenberg a local Marin guitar store. It was a hard night for her and she made the best and most energetic show humanly possible.
Her exuberance and high energy are infectious. I can't wait to see her again, only this time I'll see her.
This was the third Howie show I've attended. This was by FAR the best performance of the three! He was absolutely amazing! I had never seen him play the piano before, and finishing the set with the Elton John cover of "Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters" was the perfect cherry on top! THANK YOU for such an incredible night!!!
Shane was amazing, was my second time seeing his show and loved it. His poetry and delivery thereof are one of a kind, make you think, smile, laugh and cry all in one go. Triple Door was great venue, good visibility and audio, food and drinks yummy!
If you have not seen GAEYA perform live, you should do so. The audience at the Triple Door was completely in awe as he vocals and singing voice reaches easily Celine Dion territory. I can imagine that she will take off like a rocket globally very soon. Not to be missed!
I have been listening to their music for a while and I had high expectations of my first live show. I was completely blown away by the performance. The harmonies were spine tingling, their chemistry on stage was compelling and the concert was incredible. I can’t wait to see them again!
What a show!!! This was our first time at a Carsie Blanton show and we were super thrilled. She really cares about putting on a great show. Charismatic, easy on the eyes and funny. Her accompaniment, aka the boys were on point. The venue is awesome and the food was great. We arrived early to enjoy a great dinner and amazing cocktails. Parking was right next door. The venue is intimate and the seating very very comfortable. We're definitely going back to the venue for other shows.
First time at The Triple Door, great venue, food was excellent, but the service was a bit slow. My friend Hayley and I had never heard of the opening act but enjoyed him.
Hayley had never heard of Will Hoge, but is now a big fan. I have loved Will's music for a number of years and got to see him when he was in Seattle earlier this year.
He performs with passion for his music and is a phenomenal musician. And he takes time to greet and speak with anyone who wants to talk to him.
I can't wait for the next opportunity to see him again!
Terrill Boss
Shawn is the real deal. He is an absolutely amazing singer with a butter voice and an incredible song writer and storyteller too. As if that isn’t enough he is also down to earth and an all around nice human. Every show is great, every time.
Greg and the Trio were gristletastic. Half the fun was watching his son killing it on percussion with a massive smile on his face. Greg's connection with the audience is so unique. Sweet Tea was a highlight for me along with Because We've Ended As Lovers. He said he will likely link Seattle in with future tours when he comes west for NAMM. I will pack earplugs next time. A tad 📢 loud.
I've been seeing Jon McLaughlin for 10 years almost. Every time at the triple door. He is such an amazing performer and he is really funny too. Great music and entertainment. It seriously the best to have food, drinks and a music show. I 100000% recommend! It'll be a event that you end up doing on a regular.
If you’ve never experienced a performance with Cyrille before, let me say: I will pay to hear her sing the Wendy’s menu. Tonight’s performance was phenomenal. There was so much talent on that stage. At one point, the band mates recognized it with each other, and it was both amazing and hilarious. The entire room was buzzing with their energy the entire time. As a longtime fan, I was happy to hear tunes I hadn’t heard yet. 5/5 would definitely see her and her band perform again.
What a truly remarkable and talented musician, both with his voice and his guitar playing ability. I highly recommend seeing Matt live. It seems his music was written to be seen live. His live performance brings out so many dimensions to the music that a recording never can. That being said his albums are still phenomenal.
I first saw Matt open for Robert Plant at Chateau St Michelle the summer of 2013. I was blown away then and had been waiting to see him again since then. The intimate setting of the Triple Door was a great place for that to happen.
Go see Matt, you will not be disappointed.
The set list for the Saturday night show was great. The selection was was mostly of older material which cool. The encore of Buddy Miles Them Changes was a great end to the show. I have seen Los Lobos many times but this may have been my favorite show.
Second time I've seen the Zippers at the Triple Door......I'm an old guy, I've been to a lot of concerts, this band is easily in the top 5 shows I've ever attended. It's not just the talent. They are obviously having a great time doing what they do. I highly recommend seeing The Squirrel Nut Zippers. I won't miss them if they come back to town.
I saw Howie for the first time in person in a coffee shop in Central WA. He never ceases to amaze. Such incredible talent, fantastic voice and stage presence, and grace in sharing his precious time with fans after the show. Thank you Howie!
All four musicians rock! Prifessionals in all they do. Rockabilly music, highly danceable music, a few got up to swing. Triple Door is a wonderful venue, music is great, entertaining. funny, uplifting. Great in these times where negativity, and blame are forefront in the media
Been waiting to see these guys for 3 years and they didn't disappoint. Put on a great show! Triple Door is a great venue for concert goers (views, comfort, food) but...they band was weirded out by the fact that everyone was sitting down. Still a great show. Can't wait to see them again.
Amazing evening! We had seen Alan with Great Big Sea several times in Seattle. I had been catching up with his music since then, and bought tickets for his show in 2020 as soon as they went on sale. The wait was a long one with Covid, but well worth it. Chris Tapper was a great start to the evening. Great voice, and very funny! Alan was in great spirits and grateful to be performing live. The band was fantastic. Kendel Carson is amazing. The balance of the set list was wonderful. Great Encore, and Alan ended with a solo version of "I've Gotta Go. He was in great voice, and being out again itself was a celebration. Loved the intimacy of the Triple Door. Hope they come back soon!
Tyrone did it again! Just absolutely amazing performance. It is so great to listen to him sing and engage with his audience, and then take the time to greet all of his fans afterwards! The drink menu was awesome having drink named after his songs. The opening acts were just great as well! I especially enjoyed listening to Dan Rodriguez and cannot wait time hear him in concert again as well! This acoustic performance was not to be missed! His closing song “when all is said and done” was powerful as he put his guitar aside and sang from his soul! The triple door was a great venue!
