What a great show !! I’ve seen SK probably about 8 times now and this was close to if not the best one . Love when he has his full band. it also have to say when he is solo his heart love care emotions his .. soul is laid bare … impressive man impressive performer . I and my wife and our two friends we were with were in awe during Thanksgiving .. the chills and goosebumps kept ascending through our skin … and by the time he played Objects in The Mirror we were gone with music catharsis .. Thank You SK for a memorable night !
New Hope winery was a great theatre too ! wow
and lastly to SK thank you for playing my request at the VIP pre show session . What …A …. Phenomenal…. ! performance of Buckets of Rain
and the shirt you wore later during the concert was pure punk folk rockin 😎
Steve and the Renditions sounded great, and included some new arrangements for a few classic songs which made the show different than some I've attended, in a very good way.
Kris Allen performs with a controlled exuberance that enhances the emotional depth of his lyrics and makes his melodies soar to pitch perfect heights. It doesn't matter if it's pop or folk or r&b or rock. He admittedly does not claim a genre - and has his own song about that. Kris graces his show with humor and anecdotes that reveal a man of introspection, integrity and immense talent. This American Idol winner deserves so much more attention than he gets. And this venue allowed for an intimacy that makes Kris's music feel personal. Another American Idol alum and Kris's piano player, Walker Burroughs, kicks off the show with sharp vocals and his own brand of keen, observant, self-deprecating tunes. This event is entertainment at its finest. A must-see event, to be sure.
Kris was great. It was my first time seeing him. His voice was amazing and he was funny, entertaining and engaging with the crowd. The venue was intimate; great seat anywhere.
GREAT Concert ! Ted worked really hard putting together a marvelous show, despite some technical issues that Ted quickly addresses and had hos accompanying female assistant saved the day with some impromptu music that was nicely performed. The sound guy at the venue was not that good. He over-gained the bass that at times often blew Ted's vocals. Overall, it was a wonderful Christmas show and we enjoyed seeing Ted a LOT !
Just as I had hoped!! Him & Matt were great together. BRING THEM BACK !!!!!!
We drove a little over 3 hrs to see Leah in New Hope, Pa. Leah's performance was epic! Her singing and energy on stage kept the audience mesmerized the entire concert leaving us wanting more. Would definitely want to see her again. Been a fan of hers since Idol
We heard about the show on WFMZ. We purchased tickets and ate dinner at the Tavern at New Hope Winery. The dinner was excellent.
Chris Pinnella put on a quality show--Sinatra-The Main Event. The band was really great. Chris was full of energy. We are very happy that we saw Phil on WFMZ and went to the production.
Saw him early in his career at the main point in Bryn Mawr and the Philadelphia folk festival. He retired Saturday night. I was one of very few lucky enough to see him from beginning to end. Thank you, David Bromberg
Fantastic show. We did not know this was David Bromberg's last ever performance. He announced that he is retiring today. Thus, there was a special poignance to the performance. The band was tight and focused and showed an enormous range of talent. Bromberg displayed of all his multiple talents on acoustic, electric, and steel guitars and mandolin and sang with sweetness, soul, and strength. Some of the songs brought tears to our eyes and the last song, sung without amplification with a message about leaving and moving on, had the entire audience on the edge of their seats. An unforgettable concert.
The very best of Mr.Bromberg and his great team of musicians. The venue of Bucks County Winery and Pour House enhanced the intimacy of this event.
So good and what a great venue to see and talk to him
This was such a great show. These folks bring their own artistry and talent to the unique and gorgeous arrangements of Linda's entire career. Their singer, Gesenia, has the power and precision to bring Linda's voice and heart into the room and into your heart. Grateful for their dedication and musicianship to a wonderful artist!
Show was FAR OUT!!!! Great music, stories and fun! Always a great show! A fantastic TRIBUTE to John Denver with an original song Ted wrote, thrown in. Awesome singer-song writer, warm and wonderful personality, funny & entertaining. Thanks Ted!
Taylor Hicks never disappoints! He puts on a great show and sticks around after for photo ops. New Hope Winery was a very nice venue! It was a cozy spot (no seats were far from the stage) with a bar and bathrooms right there. My sister and I pre-ordered a cheese plate which was waiting at our table when we arrived and it was SO YUMMY! I'd go back there in a second! Especially if Taylor comes back around!
Taylor was awesome! His music is very enjoyable. The venue, however, was less than ideal. The winery interior could use a facelift. Moving a chair resulted in a horrible screeching noise…more than once during the set. The venue required masks as well as proof of vaccination. I had taken an Uber since the concert was at a winery, for my safety. I had dinner at The Pour House before the show. No one had a mask. When I went to the venue, the sign on the door said “Masks Mandatory.” I explained to the ticket taker that I had the vac card but forgot the mask, that I have masks in my car, but I had taken an Uber. I asked if she had masks for sale…to which she replied , “No.” She started muttering, rudely, under her breath, “we can’t do this…this costs us money…” and “tsk’d” me while rolling her eyes…like I was a criminal. I said I had made a mistake. Suddenly, a mask appeared! After I had paid for the concert, paid for a cheese plate and paid $130 for dinner! I think the venue made out okay even after giving me a mask. I was very shaken by the ordeal. I found my table and was surprised to see 12 people enter after me WITHOUT masks! Not even the winery masks! I am vaccinated! I could’ve done without the verbal abuse! I work for 3M and intend to send masks to replace what I used! Very, very rude hostess with lack of consideration for someone who made a mistake. That was my first public humiliation despite being 56-years old! This woman, who obviously only applies rules when she chooses to, doesn’t belong in any sector dealing with the public! I’d definitely see Taylor Hicks again but never at the New Hope Winery.
Awesome show, great energy and playing. Sound system could have been a smidge better, but really enjoyable.
As always a great show with Al , Marc and The Empty Pockets !
Raul was great. What a voice! This is a small venue which is perfect. 2 hrs of great sounds and laughter.
Raul never disappoints, and last night was no exception. A gorgeous voice and an entertaining personality, he just makes the evening one you never want to miss. He’s got a huge library of songs- everything from old country to Cuban rhythms to rockabilly to whatever else he feels like getting in to. Love him, love The Mavericks, Can’t wait for the next show!
