An incredible audio experience. A wall of sound built for your ears. Not your average singalong concert, but that's why I went. Long time listener, first time attendee. If you're considering going, you won't be disappointed. Bring a set of ear plugs in case the volume is too much for you.
The show was amazing. Awesome light show, sound quality was too notch. The band played their asses off, and it was my favorite live show of 2024.
This show proves old men can rock! Totally exceeded expectations. So glad I went. Still smiling. A show I won’t forget for a long time. Thank you!
First time catching HWM and it was a great show! I have seen Chuck solo but was glad to see he and the band were going back on the road to celebrate 30 years as well as support the new album. Bring Quicksand along was bonus!
Quicksand is one of my favorite bands to see live! All 3 of the members seem to truly enjoy themselves on stage and enjoy playing for their fans! Great show at a small but fun venue!
He was awesome, my son and I greatly enjoyed the show and will see him again. My only complaint is with the venue, if you are taller than 5’5” or so the seating is very uncomfortable. The hall is old and the seat rows are very close together. No matter how I sat my knees where rubbing against the seat in front of me, second half of the show I just stood behind my seat, thankfully we were last row so no one was behind us.
Amazing show that incited so many nostalgic feelings. Steven Curtis Chapman is easily one of my favorite Contemporary Christian artists of all time and this show proved even further how fantastic of an artist, loving husband and man of God that he truly is. Two times I honestly teared up listing to the meanings and stories behind his music and what it was promising. It may seem a little cliche nowadays, but I give the show 100/10, fantastic and I would be more than willing to see it again!
She was amazing. I have been going to her concerts for years. She played for 2.5 hours with passion. She also announced her Broadway play which was cool to be a part of. The venue seemed to struggle with HVAC issues but the heat didn't stop her. The staff at the venue was also amazing. Very friendly and helpful.
It was amazing! Loved how she interacted with the crowd! A very high energy show. Wish it hadn’t been so hot in the venue.
They do live shows right. The energy and connection they create is very special, unlike anyone else. One of the best shows I've ever been to.
It was so amazing seeing one of my favorite bands live! Everything was performed flawlessly and the crowd was awesome. My 0.5 star complaint was the guitars were a little on the quiet side compared to the drums.
A freaking awesome show. True talent lies within this band and there is no denying their pure and natural sound!
There's a strain of futurists who like to imagine that AI may one day be able to take over even such human tasks as song creation and performance. I'd like to just see technology try to craft this kind of voice perfectly fit for the folk country loving soul possessed by Colter Wall. Even if he wanted to be a doctor or a businessman, that voice wasn't going to let him do anything but sing country.
The set list of this concert in Lawrence was excellent, with many of his tunes that are rapidly growing in popularity and could be sung by the crowd: 13 Silver Dollars, Kate Mccannon, Saskatchewan 1881, and many more, as well as some newer material that proves we can expect some great Wall albums in the future. It worked well that he pulled in and paid homage to some classics such as Charley Pride, Marty Robbins, and Bob Wills
No Man's Land Tour, some story telling, some new arrangements on old classics.
Kayleigh Goldsworthy was fantastic and a seated show (until the last 3 songs per Frank's suggestion.)
This was simply put, a great show. They had tremendous energy and their set list incorporated most of my favorites!
Amazing show!!! Band of Horses always puts on a great show! Liberty Hall great venue! The staff needs to have a better system for smoakers though and needs to be faster. Re entry is allowed for smoking but this time they made you get back in regular ticket line after already going through the whole process once before. It took forever !!!
Gordon never disappoints... great show as always. His voice still sounded quite good and he played all the good old tunes!
Forgot my Etymotics!! Wonderful seats, but man, they were loud for such a small venue. Would really enjoy them with a 20 dB cut in volume or outdoors
Amazing concert and crowd energy. Great old school venue, perfect for a PMJ concert! Amazing group of singers and performers. Highly recommend.
One of the best performers and performances I have ever been to. That guy should get paid!!!!! Wait. He did!!!!
