Everything about this event was perfect. The theatre was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Peter Noone was awesome and so much fun, playing to his audience. Peter and the band are as fabulous and talented as ever. I'm so happy I had the opportunity to see them!
always lovely to witness Adrian in performance -- wonderful compositions, played brilliantly, coupled with entertaining storytelling peppered (or is that curried?) with his quintessentially English wit and gentle humanity. Especially touching: closing his set with a poignant tale about his beloved late friend Nanci Griffith as an introduction to his musical tribute. Art at its finest.
Selwyn never disappoints!! He and his band are sooo energetic, groovy and bluesy! I highly recommend you listen and go in person!! Expert at blues guitar, his voice is really the draw. His sense of humor is dynamic , his well written original music is what grabs you! You will thank me after its all said and done!!
Gary, Ian & the band were absolutely AMAZING! Paula, the manager was also absolutely AMAZING! We were fortunate enough to be able to see Gary and the band before the show to present him with a guitar my husband, Mike, made. Gary loved it & even played it on stage and gave us a nice shout out!! Thank you Sellerville Theater for a very memorable evening! Laurie and Mike from NJ
Always an excellent show. Looking forward to seeing Steve Chapin and his band, The Harry Chapin Band at Sellersville Theater 1894 on Oct. 27, 2023. And the Eichelberg PAC in Hanover, PA Oct. 28, 2023. There is also a midwest swing starting Fort Wayne, IN on Oct 18, 2023, St. Charles, IL Oct. 19, 2023, Carmel, IN Oct. 20, 2023 & Kent, OH Oct. 21, 2023. Nov 4, 2023 Mayo PAC Morristown, NJ.
My 8th (or 9th). I sat next to a guy who had never seen Shinyribs or heard much of their music. I told him he was about to witness a pure expression of musical joy. At the end of the show they looked at me and said “I have a new favorite band.” Don’t miss a Shinyribs show. You will have a smile on your face for days.
What a performance Paul and Band did a fantastic job. Especially at the end of the show when Paul had the lights turned up and sang their last song and went into the audience danced and hugged the patrons walked through the crowd then spent time autographing anything the people handed him. You can tell he loves what he is doing . Can’t wait to see him at SELLERSVILLE again!!!
The show was fabulous! Excellent sound, great mix, lively and fun. All of the band members are extremely talented, and are excellent performers individually and as a group. Each of them shine and seem to choreograph their music with their movements, coming together at times that accentuates the harmonies. Loved the show! Hope to see the band again!
We really enjoyed the show. Very intimate setting. Brent and Hayes were incredible. They shared a lot of funny stories in a relaxed atmosphere. It was almost like we were just sitting around the campfire. I can't say enough good things about these two guys together. Awesome time! Thanks Hayes Carll and Brent Cobb for a terrific evening!
I wish I had photos, but, photos and videos were not allowed by the venue. The show was absolutely amazing, as they always are! I've seen them seven times in the last four and a half years, four of those times at Sellersville Theater. It's one of my favorite places
Fantastic performance in a wonderful venue. I’ve never been to the Sellersville theater before. I attended Marc’s performance at the City Winery in 2019. Of course it was excellent, as expected, but I enjoyed the Sellersville Theater experience so much more. Loved the even greater level of intimacy. Marc seemed more relaxed and joyful. He was funny and his voice was youthful. I could have listened to him for days. Not sure why he chose to play there specifically, but so grateful he did!
Always great fun to see Eilen and her band and Steve Fulton was a great open. Only thing in missed was a whiskey in hand for the show. Otherwise, the Sellersville Theater is a great please to catch a great act like this. Cheers!
And Eilen, your music helped get through my divorce years ago. Thank you for your music
If there was one guitarist in the world that I would match up to Quinn Sullivan it would be Phil keaggy.
To absolute Masters of their instruments.
Phil keaggy in the last quarter of his career and Quinn Sullivan in the first quarter of his career amazing guitarist absolutely the best in the world without a doubt
Beautiful show, I’ve been seeing Kaki live since circa 2004, and she keeps reinventing herself while staying true to her art and talent. I loved the visuals and sensory elements with her Modern Yesterdays experience. Felt great to have an intimate show with her, the audience, and her visual producer Atti.
We have seen ETH 13 times. A free concert in Eagleview, Exton, World Cafe Live (Philly and Wilmington), New Hope winery, PA Rennaisance Fayre, Ardmore, The Grand (Wilmington), Colonial Theater Phoenixville (where they appeared with Burning Bridget Cleary - where romance blossomed, apparently!), City Winery two years ago just before COVID and now at Sellersville. Lots of different venues but this was by far the best performance we have seen. Great Sound and staging in a lovely old theater. Would have liked a bit more audience participation - but it was an older crowd with not much booze into them.
Opening act Gabe Stillman band was a pleasant surprise, energetic new artist that did a great set. Tinsley Ellis was on fire from the opening riff all through the encore! Favorites were the tributes to a few songs from blues masters BB King and Howlin Wolf; plus Pawn Broker to close was intense. New songs from Devil May Care were woven in and sounded great...new album is a must have for any blues fan!
I have been a fan since 1981 but somehow I have never seen them play live!!! This night was a bucketlist show as I call it, they played more than 2 hours & Dave & the boys delivered the goods!!!! Dave is one the great voices in Hard Rock & he has lost none of his range like many others!!!! Spectacular show!!!
I’ve been listening to Jason Eady since 2012. Jason Eady and his wife Court Patton are two of the most amazing songwriters and vocalists I’ve ever seen....and none of my friends know who they are. Real music is hard to come by and I’ll gladly drive a few hours to see these two again.
Chris and the band were outstanding as usual. Chris never disappoints!!!! He’s full of energy and he gives it his all! He did a lot of his hits from one of his earlier LP’s. All of my personal faves. If you are a fan of blues, do yourself a favor and check them out!
Loved Jeff and Jimmy Haslip. I was a bit disappointed with the drummer’s lack of honoring the music that Jeff perfected over the years. There were times when I felt he overstepped his bounds and ruined the music. Jeff Lorber and Jimmy Haslip we’re both absolutely amazing, remaining true to the melodies and the smooth jazz vibe of the music I’ve loved since my mom introduced it to me in 1980. Hopefully the next time I see Jeff Lorber he’ll have a drummer that understands his music and the bridges and transitions necessary to keep the flow going.
