That was by far the best gig I have ever been to! I'm not sure what could top it!
One of my favourite bands, all are amazing performers, amazing guests on the strings and horns which was special to see.
A show packed out by a wonderful community feel crowd.
As ever Soul Asylum were brilliant, Dave was his usual bad joke cracking self and the set list was great! I was thrilled to get Misery, Without a trace, Lately and String of Pearls amongst others.
The crowd were great and I felt that people were thrilled to be there. It really was a great reaction to the band and I hope they realised how loved they are in the UK. Not my favourite venue though, hard to find and the sound quality wasn’t the best.
WOW!!!!! Oh my, what a brilliant night! I feel so incredibly lucky to have got the chance to see Soul Asylum again after SO many years. Back then, Grave Dancers Union had gone stratospheric, they were headlining major venues, and I.. and many others.. just loved everything about them.
Last night? Lol, I may be older, but I still love everything about them. Dave Pirner's voice is still mesmeric, the band just nailed it(!), the energy and crowd electricity was insane, and all within the walls of the legendary 600 person Dingwalls - I see many gigs, but this one I will never forget ❤️
The band were fantastic but the gig was spoiled by too much loud chat in the crowd. Maybe avoid gigs where Martin Brammer has all his footballer friends along, think they weren’t so interested in the music and were responsible for most of the distracting conversations.
The best concert ever they played incredibly and they were super friendly after signing memorabilia. I already loved them and now I love them even more.
Concert was good! The venue was not that great for few people attending with physical disabilities. Underground was hot and sweaty! No proper ventilation. There was obvious discrimination between M&G, Soundcheck and General Admission attendees. Some attendees were rude to others. That’s a handful, not many. Shorter girls needed to stand in-front but the people in front were inconsiderate. There were outsiders, not Brits and attended the concert before in other places, caused uncomfortable experience for Londoners and brits by taking their places in front what it could be. That sums up I guess. Thank you.
He was incredible I feel so lucky that I was able to get a ticket it was literally come true for me as I've been a huge fan since I was 11 years old. The staff were lovely the only complaint I have is that the venue is way too hot but other than that I would definitely go back for another show 😊
Thanks Nick for making my dreams a reality 😁❤️
Great show but the stage is quite low and it was very hot in there. Wouldn’t put me off going back for another show though. Nick Carter performed a combination of his own songs, Backstreet Boys songs and 80s covers. All in all a good night out!
I may be a little biased as I've been a fan for a long time, but this show was awesome. Nick sang something for everyone - from his favourite 80s hits, to Backstreet Boys songs as well some of his best solo material. He can literally sing anything - the man is a legend!
Dan Patlansky was on fire - I saw him last year and this year's concert was way better - more energy and he included many of his most popular and memorable songs - as well as some of the ones from his new album.
What a great night out.
I had been up since 05.00 to travel from Kent to B'ham and back for the day and had booked Laura's concert many months in advance of this trip. My day out was exhausting and I was having second thoughts about going but after having a rest on the train journey back to London, I decided to go.
I am so glad that I went to see her. Laura was just great. Her songwriting is just great and she has such a lovely voice
It was the second time that I had seen her and I am looking forward to seeing her again in the future.
I like the venue and the surrounding area of Camden Locks. Great choice of places to eat.
A great night out. Thank you Laura
Gareth
PS Phone Orphens is a great album
Kaki was brilliant as ever and fully engaged with the audience, a charming venue that allows one to get close to the artist and enjoy the performance. Kali's playing was sublime and shows her artistry at its best. Very much looking forward to her coming back to play in London, two years was too long.
Absolutely blown away as always, these boys never fail to put on a great performance. If you haven't seen king king before go buy a ticket
Rebecca downes was brilliant also
Great gig , support was brilliant especially Rebecca Downers , highlight of her set cover of Led Zeppelin 's black dog .King King as fantastic as I the last time I saw them.
The Mary Wallopers gig at Dingwalls was a lively and jolly experience. The crowd went crazy. There was practically a mosh pit. The band were funny and ribald. I particularly like the slow tunes, with just accompaniment of one or two instrument, a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
A great night looking forward to seeing the skids in December a great surprise to see Tenpole Tuder as warm up I’d love to see him with a backing band very talented man cheers from Terry.
Absolutely first class act, great song writing and vocals, superb riffs, sweet backing vocals and funky keys with a drum and bass backing it all up. No wonder this band has been nominated for a Grammy for new act this year as they are world class.
Best gig I’ve seen for as it is
Great send off for Ben too...apart from the crowdsurfers getting dropped and the entitlement in the queue
What an amazing triple bill. Each band was better than the last, all of them were amazing. One of the best gigs I've been to all year.
Loved this concert! It was at such a tiny intimate venue with tiered standing which is great for a short person like me 😂 The performances by both Flor and The Modern Strangers were excellent, both bands are very talented and I actually enjoyed many of the Flor songs more live than I do on their recorded versions, having the live instruments there really gives their songs more of a kick
