Definitely one of the best concerts I’ve been to in a while. Both Carver Commodore and Mating Ritual absolutely killed their performances.

About Mating Ritual

Mating Ritual is an independent pop duo based in Los Angeles, California. Previously known as Pacific Air, Ryan Marshall Lawhon founded Mating Ritual in 2014 when his brother Taylor decided to go back to school. This proved to be short lived, as their passions inevitably brought them back to creating together. During an interview with Billboard Magazine, Ryan spontaneously set a goal of creating 5 self produced albums in 5 years, not really thinking of the logistics or workload required to complete such a commitment. But after How You Gonna Stop It? (2017), Light Myself On Fire (2018) Hot Content (2019), and The Bungalow (2020) the brothers are right on schedule with their fifth full length album, Songs for the Morning and Evening Times.

Songs for the Morning and Evening Times is set for release August 27, 2021 via Smooth Jaws, with a full North American Headline Tour to follow.
