Scandinavian Garage Rock. KOKOWERK is a hard-hitting garage rock band, considered a fresh breath in their genre. The band represents a world of rock with its long traditions, and they love it. KOKOWERK delivers energetic fast forward rock and traditional Scandinavian garage rock that gets stuck in your ear and stays there. After their first single "Gasoline" was released in January 2018, they where listed to Rock and Roll Music blog's (UK) Best New Music 2018. 2019 became a door-opening year for the band with a lot of gigs all year at some of Norway’s biggest, oldest and smallest Rock Clubs + Rock the Boat and festivals.
