Jesienią Jann wystąpi w Polsce na jedynych dwóch klubowych koncertach: 7 listopada w Krakowie (Studio) oraz 1 grudnia w Warszawie (Stodoła). His performances will take him to the UK, Italy, Germany, the Czech Republic, France, Austria, Hungary, Netherlands and Poland.
