In a world hellbent on seeing things in black and white, the Alabama-born comedian draws from his childhood and contrasts it against the more than 60 countries and hundreds of cities in which he has performed. The USA and Guns, a smidge of political nonsense, and a heavy handed look at world religions, are all approached, along with other topics and tangents, affably with his characteristic internationally-minded approach and competing doses of sincerity and sarcasm. Liliputians, incest, Mega Churches, why we get religions wrong, and how the worst part of them may provide a fun and colorful path to a better world, are all tied together through a joke heavy autobiographical style.
