The Mercy Beat have an orignal & atmospheric sound that throws Indie, Punk, Blues, Jazz, Hard Rock and just about everything else that inspires them into an fresh cocktail of raw energy, undeniable passion and catchy riffs. The band played their first live show in March 2011 and have since gone on to gain a reputation for their high energy live performances. Aswell as beginning to establish themselves as regulars within the local music scene they have also enjoyed an encouraging reception out of town, performing at several well known venues across the country such as Liverpool's 02 Academy, Stoke's Sugarmill and the world famous Cavern Club amongst others.
