Join 3 cellists in celebrating this beautiful instrument in a concert that presents the cello in a groundbreaking new context. Featuring both traditional Classical cello’s and their striking Red Electric Cello’s (with loop station thrown in), audiences will enjoy the introspection and ebullience of original works and reinterpretations of, amongst others, Vivaldi’s Double Concerto in G Minor, Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah, and Imogen Heap’s Hide and Seek. Dorette Roos (Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra), Carol Thorns (SAMA Nominee) and Anjulie Nock (Composer) will be joined on stage with the Idols Top 100 singer Zami Mdingi and producer Helmut Meijer.
