Forgan Arts Centre and Big Rock Records join forces for the second year to bring you an afternoon and evening of live music and family-friendly art activities in the Centre’s lush grounds. Following the success of last year’s festival, headlined by Hamish Hawk, Lughnasadh [LOO-nah–sah] returns with an even bigger line–up featuring: Scottish Album of the Year Award winners Kathryn Joseph (2015) and Sacred Paws (2015); 2024 Mercury Prize nominee corto.alto; BBC Introducing Scottish Act of the Year 2025 Becky Sikasa; Glasgow electronic music pioneers Free Love; newly announced Alt-Folk-Rock band Lacuna; with Connor Liam Byrne and the Bad Kissers spreading their lipstick–stained message of rock and/or roll and the Funky Gunners DJ Collective making sure the beats go on.* Alongside live acts, will be art activities, curated by Ruby Pester, garden tours and plenty of local food and drink.
