Dianne Reeves, the supreme vocalist who was greeted with a full house's ovation at her first Japan performance in seven years last year, will be returning to the Blue Note Tokyo stage this year. She has won five Grammy Awards in total and was appointed an "NEA Jazz Master", the highest honor for a jazz artist, by the National Endowment for the Arts. She began her professional career at the age of 15 and made her debut with Blue Note Records in 1987. She has performed with artists across genres such as Wynton Marisalis and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and in 2014 she released "Beautiful Life", in which she collaborated with cutting-edge artists such as Robert Glasper and Esperanza Spalding, and continues to deepen her skills. This performance will be performed with the same ironclad lineup as the previous one, John Beasley, Romero Lubambo, Reuben Rogers, and Terreon Gully. Enjoy the presence of a champion.
