The St. Matthews Summer Fest is back and better than ever! Join us on Saturday, June 21 from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM for a full day of family-friendly fun, food, music, and community spirit. The festival will take place along Frankfort Avenue between Lexington Road and Bauer Avenue, right in the heart of St. Matthews.
A highlight of this year’s festival is the return of the beloved St. Matthews Firefighters BBQ Competition, featuring both a People’s Choice Wing Cookoff and a Judge’s Choice Rib Competition. Come hungry and ready to vote for your favorite! Proceeds from the competition will benefit the St. Matthews Fire Department Benevolence Fund.
Kicking off the day, kids can enjoy games and competitions for prizes in front of the stage, followed by activities in the Kidz Zone, which will be open throughout the day. The festival will also host 50+ local vendors, event bars, and delicious eats available throughout the grounds.
