Crooked Diehl Biography
Crooked Diehl is a Folk/Rock band from Memphis TN consisting of Zach Jennings, Sadie Jackson, Jake Sanders and Malcolm Bryan. All students or alumni of Rhodes College, they began playing music together in April of 2022, and after a semester of traveling and playing around the southern United States, began writing their own music. Their first showcase of original music was on Rhodes College Campus in spring of 2023, where they performed five originals written by all different members. This performance was taped and then mixed, mastered and released the following summer as 'Live at the Garden'. Shortly after, they released a studio single written by Zach called "I Can't Love You Right Now". Their recent release "Aces and Eights" is their single release off of their debut album. The release of "The First One" comes as the band is turning towards their third year playing together. The album was recorded in the garage of a college house in Memphis, and is the first big project undertaken by the group. The band continues to perform in Memphis TN.
