Melissa Lischer wuchs in einem von häuslicher Gewalt geprägten Elternhaus auf und kam nach der Scheidung ihrer Eltern in ein Kinderheim. Trotz positiver Aspekte fühlte sie sich einsam, rang in ihrem Leben immer wieder um Liebe und hatte mit ständiger Unsicherheit zu kämpfen. Ihr Leben als Erwachsene war geprägt von Depressionen und einer Scheidung. Schließlich wagte sie einen Neuanfang.
Offen und ehrlich wird Melissa aus ihrem Leben erzählen und uns mit ihrer Musik durch den Abend begleiten.

Melissa Lischer Biography
Melissa Lischer is an actress, singer/songwriter and model. In her youth, she participated in school theater and early on discovered her talent for singing and music. She went on to perform with the renowned “Big Band Föhn” from Lucerne, gaining valuable stage experience. She completed a singing course at the Jazz School Lucerne and also underwent dance training with the Matchless Dancers as an animation and show dancer. Since 2011, she has been signed as a singer/songwriter with profimusic, releasing an album and various singles. Currently, she is studying acting at the Drama Academy Switzerland in Olten for the academic year 23/24. Even during her actress education, she was booked for many commercials and she is in great demand in this industry (UBS, AMAG AG, Swissmilk, Tourismus Schweiz, Schindler AG and many more). Also during her actress education, she was booked for a leading role in a theater in Volketswil, where she played in “1857 – A Merciless Autumn”. She gained her first experiences as an extra on the set of “Tschugger” Season 3, as well as participating in the film “HELDIN”. Her debut in film industry for the shortfilms called “Eldur” and “Hecht”, where she starred as one of the main cast.
Melissa Lischer is married and mother of two children. After a family break, she now reports back with new songs in 2022. Furthermore, her irrepressible joy to write songs and tell stories is evident to the native of Cameroon.
But Melissa Lischer doesn’t only have good stories to tell about her life. Her father has disappeared, her mother has been committed to a psychiatric ward and Melissa finds herself in a children’s home. Her path leads her over stumbling blocks and abysses, through the deepest of crises and troubling questions.
A biography of Melissa Lischer’s life, including the song “Hey Life”, written by Ronja Treibholz, will be published on May 31. Selected lyrics from Melissa’s songs accompany the life story and tell of the perspective that surprised Melissa herself: the prospect of hope, arrival and healing.
