The Night Owls is an acoustic-electric guitar duo based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, known for delivering smooth, laid-back performances with rich harmonies and a timeless setlist. Featuring Bob Brown (rhythm guitar, lead & backup vocals) and Jay Shelley (lead guitar, lead & backup vocals), the duo first connected at an open mic in 2016. Their shared love of classic hits led to a natural collaboration, and before long, they were crafting a setlist that would become the foundation of The Night Owls.
