The Chicago Steampunk Expo offers a family friendly program filled with entertainment, exhibits, vendors, presenters, games, cosplay, fandom, and more! Individual day pass tickets are available along with weekend all-access badges.
Charming Disaster will perform a set on each of the three days of the 2025 Expo: Fri 5/30 at 8pm, Sat 5/31 at 2pm, and Sun 6/1 at 2pm.

Charming Disaster Biography
Brooklyn-based musical duo Charming Disaster was formed in 2012 by Ellia Bisker and Jeff Morris. Inspired by the macabre humor of Edward Gorey and Tim Burton, the murder ballads of the Americana tradition, and the dramatic flair of the cabaret, they write playfully dark songs that tell stories about death, crime, myth, magic, folklore, science, and the occult. Charming Disaster’s music has been featured on the podcast Welcome to Night Vale, they have toured the United States and Europe, and have opened for Rasputina, Voltaire, and The Dresden Dolls. Recent appearances include Dragon Con, Joe's Pub at the Public Theatre in NYC, the Rochester Fringe Festival, and the Coney Island Sideshow stage.
