Here’s what people are saying:
Brian Larney - His songs are organic spoonfuls of classic pop and folk, naturally sweet, non-GMO, without the sugar crash; his style hearkens back to the days of Simon and Garfunkel, the Beatles, and maybe a bit of Partridge Family.” - Zenabi
"Singer-songwriter Brian Larney seems capable of conjuring irresistible hooks out of mid-air, a pop craftsman of endless invention" - Hank Hoffman (Director, Best Video Film and Cultural Center)
Seth Adam - “Fits and Starts and Stops,” is "...a 10-track collection of evocative songs" (Randall Radic, Tattoo.com).
“Seth Adam builds a stage for his voice and lyrics in a true and masterful form. Taking nods from vintage radio and Americana, Seth douses that with the fuel of rock and the penchant for classic alternative. This is a lesson for songwriters.” - Ryan Martin (Jammerzine)
Jeff Burnham - “Mixing Americana with an indie rock aesthetic, Burnham writes songs that feel homey and familiar without ever feeling stale or tired. Drawing inspiration from acts like Tom Petty and a trio of Johns – Hiatt, Prine, and Mellencamp, State of Mind is an album that belongs on the shelves of fans of any of those legends. - Chip McCabe

Jeff Burnham Biography
Singer-songwriter Jeff Burnham takes listeners on a journey across a gritty, haunted landscape, where sunlight flickers through the rain, framed in the tradition of Americana and folk-rock with heartland rock elements.
Music journalist and author Chip McCabe describes Jeff’s first record, Hard Luck Town as “down home and soulful… the perfect complement to an album collection that includes acts like Son Volt and Wilco.” A 2019 track by track review of the “Lost and Found” EP by columnist Myemuisemo described various songs as “Americana … with a touch of 1990s-era alt-rock optimism” and “Outlaw workingman’s blues.”
“The Insiders” is a moniker for recording projects and live band shows. During the pandemic, Jeff has been writing and recording in his home studio. His latest single releases include “State of Mind,” “What You Learned,” “Jaded,” and “Doing Hard Time.”
Jeff is looking forward to bringing the band out for live concerts in Connecticut and throughout the region in 2021. A typical year would include shows at breweries, bars, performance halls, arts & cultural venues, city sponsored music events, and music festivals. Jeff also hopes to restart “Live at the Barn,” a summer music series he created to bring more exposure of his favorite regional acts to the local area.
