Chrissie Mayr

First, I want to comment on the act. Chrissie Mayr was the hostess for the evening, and she was terrific in that role. Her comedy was the perfect accompaniment to the other comedians entertaining us that night. Anthony Cumia, Keanu Thompson, and Geno Bisconte were the other performers, and I found each of them very entertaining in their own right. I was a long-time fan of Anthony from his time on the Opie & Anthony show, and I followed him as he created his own entertainment company, Compound Media, so I knew just what I was getting into with him. Loved every minute of his act. Keanu was very sweet, having just before the show gotten engaged to Geno Bisconte, and she was so genuinely moved by this that she kind of forgot to tell jokes, but in a heartwarming way. My friend and I were sat in the very front row, center, and boy... did Geno Bisconte take advantage of us captive targets! XD The venue was NOT the Lake Ossi Sports Club in Mahopac, as it was listed on the website where our tickets were purchased. We very nearly drove to the wrong location because of this erroneous information, and if it hadn't been for my foresight to call ahead to check the address of the venue, we would have had no idea until it was far too late to get to the actual venue in time. For this reason, and this reason alone, I have to knock a star off the rating. If not for the experience of having to catch this website's error myself, it would be a 5-star night for me. The actual venue, the Masonic Lodge in Mt. Kisco, was a great place for a relatively low-key comedy show like this. We had a lot of folks in the audience, and everyone was a great sport about the kind of hilariously low-brow, risque humor being offered. As much as I squirmed whenever Geno Bisconte started strolling my way (which was A LOT! LOL), I had a great time at this event, and I recommend these comedic artists wholeheartedly!
