Alex Miller Biography
Alex Miller hails from Lancaster, KY and came to the attention of global audiences during American Idol, Season 19. His expressive Country voice (ala Strait or mid-career Haggard) brought early success. Alex’s skill with guitar and lap steel are evident on stage, but he also plays ukulele, bass, banjo, and fiddle. His debut album, MILLER TIME, released in April 22’, displays his broad range of musical influences: Swing, Bluegrass, Country, and Gospel. His live performance credits include opening for Brooks & Dunn, Hank, Jr, Josh Turner, Lee Brice, Rhonda Vincent, Jamey Johnson, Tracy Byrd, Alabama, Justin Moore and Ian Munsick.
Alex released EP “Country” in 23’ that included hits “When God Made the South” “Girl, I Know a Guy” and “Puttin’ Up Hay” which remained #1 on the CDX True Indie Chart for several weeks. He continues pushing boundaries with his latest EP release “My Daddy’s Dad” with his current radio single, “She Makes Dirt Look Good” climbing the charts.
