Once upon a time, there was a little Joey.

He liked to spin in the middle of the living room, watching the ground go around like a turntable, while his mama spun Beatles and Jackson 5 records on Sunday mornings. This became his Melodic Church of Rhythm and Soul.

Fast forward to the present, where Joe Sly’s music has been enjoyed from living rooms all over the world via NBC, ABC, CBS, Netflix, The Oprah Winrey Network, and then some.

Live audiences in many wonderful time zones have also enjoyed this music as he toured with bands and held residencies in places like Koh Tao (Thailand), San Francisco, and his native land of cheese, Wisconsin.
