No Fucking Good Biography

The Californian prodigal sons, No Fucking Good, are keeping the anarchistic old-school veins pumping as they blur the lines between punk and metal.

Citing The Bronx, Murder City Devils, Cro-Mags, Black Flag, Dwarves, Fukm, and Suicidal Tendencies as their collective influences, their frenetically familiar discord has gone down a storm in their Bay Area hometown and beyond.

The founding members, James Conway (guitar), Tim Beaulieu (bass) and Max Flores (vox), met in the dystopic summer of 2020 after they all checked themselves into rehab in Scotts Valley. Wasting no time, they wrote and performed their early material in rehab. On the outside, they enlisted Tim’s long-time friend and former bandmate Joe Horan (drums) as the fourth and final piece of their powerhouse. As soon as they had the material to tear the roof off venues, they booked their first gig in December 2021, followed by many more live sets including Mojos Lounge in Freemont, CA and an appearance at the 2nd Annual DeakFest in Seaside, CA.

After their debut album, Good for Nothing, which was recorded at Reeds Recording with Adam Reed, was officially released on June 14th, 2022, the boisterously ferocious fourpiece toured across California. They hit multiple festivals and venues along the way, including the Metal vs Punk festival and the Tooth & Nail Block Party.

Following their debut album, No Fucking Good is working on their sophomore album and filling their tour diary.
