Townies

Townies are a trio of friends with their own unique brand of intoxicating emo-tinged alternative punk, affectionately known as “broc rock". The members - Tom Lynch, Chris Magnani, and Nolan Melia - met in 2016 while they were working as summer camp counselors in rural New Hampshire. The band came up in the New England underground scene, where they would play basements and bars throughout the greater Boston area, and officially relocated to Los Angeles in 2022. They released their debut full-length LP "Of This I Am Certain" via We're Trying Records in April 2024.
