Counterfit

Counterfit was a San Diego band known for their angular mix of punk and post-hardcore music. Formed in 1999 in Connecticut, they relocated to the West Coast, shortly after, where they built a loyal local following. The band toured extensively and shared the stage with bands like Hot Rod Circuit, Saves the Day, Cursive, and Mock Orange. Over the course of their career, Counterfit released two EPs and one full-length album before disbanding in 2004.

Twenty years later, the band's EP "From Finish to Starting Line" was released on vinyl via Storm Chasers LTD. Inspired to play those songs again, we're right back where we started.
