Catalina Brammer Biography
Catalina is a Colombian singer, songwriter, and voice-over artist whose career embodies resilience, passion, and emotional depth.
She began writing music as a teenager, transforming personal struggles into songs. In 1999, she released three pop singles and opened concerts for Celia Cruz and Elvis Crespo—marking the beginning of her professional journey.
Back in Colombia, she trained in vocal technique, music production, and graphic design. She performed widely, sharing the stage with renowned artists such as Andrés Cepeda, Helenita Vargas, Paola Jara... At 23, she embarked on an 8-date tour across the Florida U.S and released her debut EP Qué Lástima in 2006.
Catalina also participated in talent shows like Latin American Idol, Se Busca Intérprete, and La Voz Colombia before relocating to Germany in 2012. There, she rebuilt her life, embracing new roles as a mother, singer, and radio host, while continuing to perform live both solo and with her band, Tabatinga Latin Band.
In 2022, she returned to the studio with a fresh project blending unreleased bachata songs and early material—reclaiming her artistic voice and honoring her roots. Today, Catalina continues to grow as an artist, preparing new releases, including covers.
Her journey is one of perseverance, reinvention, and unwavering commitment to her dream.
