The Norms Biography

Assembled in 2022, the quartet of Ben Leonard (bass), Mark Piper (drums, percussion), Dan Hall (keys, guitar), and Caleb Dance (sax, flute) specialize in jazz-fusiony discodelic space funk instrumentals. They have a full catalogue of originals that has been described as unique, tight, tasteful, funky and riveting. The quartet is based in Staunton, VA and performs regularly throughout the region at festivals, events, and venues.
