Saint Louis based jump blues band Robbie & his Rockin' Fools has been entertaining audiences since 2013 with their signature mix of danceable jump blues and early rock n roll.
Led by charismatic and irreverent guitar player Robbie, their sound evokes mid century dance halls and juke joints filled with honking tenor sax, jangly piano, swinging drums and doghouse bass.
Their lineup includes veterans of the Saint Louis area roots music scene, having been members of local bands Scott Kay & the Continentals, the Skalars, and Miss Jubilee & the Humdingers as well as backing up various local and touring artists such as Deke Dickerson, Little Rachel, the Bon Bons Burlesque Revue, and Jessica Wilkes.
