D. Scott Riggs Biography
D. Scott Riggs is a Gulf Coast based songwriter/musician that plays Panhandle Blues, a rich gumbo of Pre-War Delta, Piedmont, and Country Blues, with doses of Jazz, Gospel, Hokum, Cajun, and Jug music thrown in for flavor.
His current album “These Hard Times Will Come To Pass” is nominated for a 2024 Independent Blues Award for Best Acoustic Release, with the single “Or The Devil Will Get You” hitting #1 on the Classic Blues charts.
