Rock N Soul
Blending raw rock energy with deep, soulful grooves, Edgewood Heavy has carved out a sound that’s entirely their own—Rock N Soul. Coining the term to define their genre-bending style, this four-piece powerhouse is led by two electrifying frontmen whose chemistry and passion ignite every stage they step on. Described as “a mix of Black Pumas, The Black Keys, and Outkast,” Edgewood Heavy has taken the Southeastern music scene by storm. Their rise has been nothing short of explosive, with standout performances on NPR’s “Sounds Like ATL” (WABE), the 2025 NACA National Showcase in Philadelphia, and major festivals like One Music Fest (drawing over 50,000 fans), Wire & Wood Fest, Stone Mountain Soul Fest, and Inman Park Fest. They’ve also opened for David Ryan Harris and shared the stage with Lady Wray, proving their versatility and broad appeal. Not just performers, but curators of culture, Edgewood Heavy has hosted their own Atlanta music festival, 'Edgewoodstock' for two years and even collaborated with local brewery Soul Brothers to craft their signature beer, 'Edgewood Hefe.'
After their debut album, '$ex Drugs & Rock N Soul,' (2023) delivered a bold introduction, the band doubled down in 2024 with two cross-country tours and five new singles, including the genre-blurring “Drunk Remix” with international EDM sensation Sporty- O.
Now, in 2025, Edgewood Heavy is turning up the heat with ‘The Live Album,' -a 12-track anthology featuring live renditions of fan favorites and four unreleased songs that capture the full-throttle energy of their shows. Currently, they’re hitting the road for their Spring “Live Album Tour,” bringing their signature Rock N Soul experience to stages across the country.
